The installers were equally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The work was done efficiently and the area was neat and clean when they were finished. I have a hardwood floor that developed a squeak between boards. I called Footprints Floors of Ashburn to make an appointment for an estimate. The technician/owner, Tim Buser, was in the local area and kind enough to squeeze me in for an assessment. Tim was quick to identify the problem and fixed the loose board immediately. Additionally, he fixed adjacent wood blemishes and made the job look as nothing happened. I shall not hesitate to contact Footprints Floors of Ashburn in the future.

We had major water damage through a random leak that started while we were out of town visiting family. We went with Footprints based on the experience of a neighbor who used them years before. We replaced the 4 rooms upstairs with luxury vinyl, and the entire ground floor with hardwood floors (some of the wood was damaged and thus replaced, and the rest of the hardwood was sanded/finished and stain to match. It all looks like an entirely new floor.). We are very happy with both the vinyl and the hardwood floors! The crew was great, and Marcus, the project manager, was fantastic. There were 2 small projects that needed a touch up, and a cleanup where some finish was on our countertop and entrance tiles. He responded in a very timely manner and took care of the issues. We go on record recommending Footprints!

I just completed a project with Footprints that started small and quickly grew to include the whole first floor. Chip and his crew were great along the way, working with me as the project grew and still completing the work in a timely fashion. He provided frequent communication for arrival times and any changes. They also recommended other contractors that also did good work. The project ended up being much more complicated than originally planned, but the crew worked hard to ensure the surface was prepped well and the finish product looks great! They were punctual each day, and communicated really well. I would certainly use them again for future flooring projects.

We had Footprints Floors refinish 2 sets of wood stairs in our house. Clint came out to give an estimate and was very detailed about what to expect. He was able to schedule the work for the next week. Communication was excellent! We are very pleased with the quality of the finished job.

The work was done for the exact amount quoted, even with some minor additions during the job. Let us know when they would arrive and leave every day. Finished in the time quoted and collected the final 1/2 of the bill the day after they finished and the manager finished the final walk through.

They were awesome! They did the job right away, were highly professional and knowledgeable about floor repair. The pricing was under what many competitors were quoting. The owner made sure to come out and do the final walkthrough of the house with me and inspected every inch of the floor. They made sure they cleaned up all the dust and everything too. If there was a way to leave a 6th star I would. Amazing service and excellent pricing and just great people. I will use them again if I need another floor redone.

Ralph and his team did a wonderful job replacing some LVP flooring at my mother’s condo. They were also able to match a damaged hardwood that was tough to match - and it looks great. Ralph is so easy to work with - professional and communicative. He did a great job explaining what was going to happen and did it in exactly the estimated time frame. I shopped around and the price was competitive or better than similar companies. I’ve got an upcoming project at my house and would not hesitate to work with Footprints again.

I confidently recommend Footprints Floors of Tampa! One conversation with Gene and we knew he was who we wanted to work with. Gene’s level of professionalism, knowledge, clear and prompt communication is a rare and truly appreciated thing. My husband and I requested 6x26 tile planks be matched and extended from the main living area into 4 bedrooms and closets to replace existing carpet. Gene found the matching tile quickly and at an excellent price. He understood exactly what we hoped for, and his crew seamlessly laced the tiles in at the doorways. The finished project is beautiful , and we couldn’t be more pleased! We had one issue (on our end) crop up. Water seepage was found in my son’s room. We had know their had been an issue but didn’t realize it was on going. Gene actually went above and beyond to help us get the issue fully resolved before tiling the area. I bought a new refrigerator but when removing the old one, we discovered it had been leaking unfortunately for probably years. You could put your hand through the sub flooring and it even compromised the joists. Footprints Floors reinforced the joists, replaced the sub flooring and redid the tile. The tile was tricky as it was 13x13 and I couldn't match it. Footprints Flooring did such a great job of at least making a "pattern" with the new mismatched tile. It looks great. They were quick to respond and very professional. Price was great. I'm looking forward to have them back to actually cover the tile with laminate when time and my wallet permits!

Hands down, the best customer/contractor experience I've had in 50 plus years as a homeowner. Absolute up front and transparent invoice. I received a quote from a competitor that completely lacked a breakdown of goods and services, just an overinflated price tag, which immediately disqualified them. This was a huge winner for me in choosing Footprints. They were up front about what would cost what. Mike was absolutely straightforward and helpful, every step of the way, and absolutely flexible in terms of owner demo work done on the job, and pricing for Footprints to do the work. Mike went the extra mile and found a discontinued line of Mohawk RevWood flooring that I really wanted, and helped me to find and purchase that exact, hard to find, flooring. And just looking at it, post install, and having it exactly as I had hoped... just incredible! Mike and his son showed up on time and ready to go. Every effort was made to keep the house clean during the entire process. Precision cuts and craftsmanship. Attention to detail and cleanliness. Matched existing moulding with 1/4 round trim that perfectly matched! Extreme attention to customer satisfaction, happy to answer any questions, above and beyond on moving appliances and furniture I had no place else to put. Top service! Highly recommend!

Hands down best vendor I have ever had the pleasure of working with and that's saying a lot as this is my 6th house purchase and remodel. Even when I accused him of something another vendor did he kept his cool and was unbelievably kind. Tom held my hand throughout a tough remodel. It was BRUTAL. I had all the things; cracks in the foundation of every room in my new to me home, said water started a new mold problem I had to remediate, and lovely water intrusion throughout. It tooks months to get it all straightened out so that he could lay the floors. I mean just above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Its too bad he only does flooring. Every other vendor out there should take notes. If you are considering new floors I would highly and strongly recommend this company. The pic isn't the greatest I took it on moving day I'll try to upload some more later but the floors are just B-E-A-U-TI-FUL!

Noel came out to provide a quote on fixing an issue with a previous installer and instead of just quoting me a high number and recommending to rip up the whole floor, he walked me through different solutions and even offered a DIY option which I'll try first. Though I didn't book any services I appreciate a owner/salesman that is there to help vs. upcharge on projects.

Wow! I can’t believe this kind of customer service still exists today! Not only was Oliver attentive and intuitive to what I was looking for in my flooring needs, but the entire team checked with me to make sure I liked the install along the way! I have a house from 1860, so squaring corners and making things look good can be hard, but they did it! I’m SO happy I didn’t try this myself! The price is also VERY fair! I will definitely be working with Footprints in the future. They installed my floor as if it was their own!
