We were SO IMPRESSED with how easy this company was to work with! Joseph goes above and beyond and CARES about their quality and your experience! He is honest and is kind! In my experience that is hard to come by these days. We started just using them for the tile and then because they were so trustworthy, easy to work with and fast we decided to use them over other companies for carpet and LVP flooring and then had them come back to do our baseboards because the other company we had planned to do our baseboards WERE NOT easy to work with. This company just steps right up to do the job and wants to work with your schedule. They sure earned our business!! When doing our tile I wasn’t prepared for the questions of how I wanted it laid (naively I didn’t know there were options lol) and instead of being frustrated in impatient with me they took the time to lay out tiles so I could picture it easier and patiently waited as I asked for opinions from family members. It was SUCH a stress relief working with them compared to other companies where I felt rushed— it’s so hard for me to make all of these decisions and they made it a lot easier. I had a difficult flooring project that I put off for years trying to find someone who could tackle such a complicated job. I saw an ad for Footprints Floors and read all the great reviews and decided to give them a call. Joseph came right out to give me a bid—He is personable and organized, and remained attentive and communicative throughout the process. They were able to transform my uneven, peeling basement kitchen floor to beautiful LVP flooring. (See before and after photos) Everyone was very pleasant and kind to work with and they completed the project quickly with a great result.

I am a picky DIY'er and in most cases, when I hire someone to come in and do things like cabinets, flooring, countertops, etc., I am not totally, completely, satisfied. However, I have to say that Footprints Floors knocked it out of the park with replacing the flooring in my whole condo with a new Luxury Vinyl Flooring product that we got from Floor and Decor. We just love the new floor, and the workers at our place were very pleasant and diligent about making it perfect. We were looking for a company to redo our wood floors. After getting a couple estimates, what made us go Footprints, was Kevin. He took the time to come and explain the process and made us feel very confident that we made the right choice. We could have used a cheaper option, but working with Footprints felt right. When we gave Footprints the go ahead, the service from the entire time was excellent. Workers showed up on time and worked non stop for 2 days until everything was done. They also do not make a mess. Kyle and crew were so great to work with. We had our master bedroom red oak wood floors refinished to a more natural/white finish and they did phenomenal job. Before speaking to Kyle at Footprints I thought it was important for me to speak directly with a subcontractor who would personally be performing the floor installation themselves. In doing so it wasn’t clear that these other contractors really heard or would ultimately act on what I was saying, or whether they really cared, often hearing the common refrain “no problem.” Kyle was very effective at listening to and addressing my concerns throughout the entire process and then successfully passing the information and my concerns on to Rudy and Riamundo who followed through on those details during the installation. Effective communication, listening, understanding and follow through are paramount qualities, abilities and skills to possess and employ in order to translate the many details of the job into a quality, thorough execution of the installation. These qualities are not always easily found. I was out of town for much of the process and had to handle details remotely, by phone and text, making these qualities all the more important to my circumstance. Kyle and Footprints was extremely responsive to my phone calls, texts, concerns and needs and they made themselves available in a very validating, accommodating and prompt manner, directly addressing my concerns with excellent listening, communication and follow through skills that turned my vision into a fabulous result. Kyle will answer all of your questions; respond promptly, clearly, honestly, and concisely. He listens and follows through on the detailed execution. He will allow you to be as involved in the process as much as you care to be or take on matters independently. He stands behind his work and will not disappear. At least that was my positive experience. There exists the art and skill and craftsmanship of a Quality Installation as much as there exists the art and skill and relationship skills of Quality Customer Service. JR came and assessed the scratches on my laminate flooring. I was thinking that the boards would have to be replaced. He said let me try to fill the scratches first, and if that works you won’t have to replace the boards. I said why not it would be less expensive to do that and if it didn’t work then I could do the board replacement. JR did such a great job filling them that I decided if necessary at a later time I would have him replace the boards. He is very straightforward and professional when he gives you the options on your project.

Excellent work refinishing my 1959 oak floors. They are silky smooth, gorgeous color and look brand new. When we bought our house in 2020 it had the original carpet on top of the original oak floors, so they were quite dried and scratchy with the finish worn way down. We saved up to get this done and it was sooooo worth it. Joseph was great. He came and looked at the project, gave me all the options and was patient as we got our ducks in a row for payment and scheduling. I wanted a warm honey amber color like the original and matching the amber doors and other finishes to keep the mid century feel, and Armando was very kind and responsive when I asked to see more since I didn’t like any of the first sample batch. He nailed it on the second try after listening to what I had in mind. He finished really quickly and efficiently, was so professional. Joseph came and checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. The floors are stunning! Absolutely silky smooth, gorgeous warm rose amber color, verrrry close to the rest of the floors (because we don’t refinish all, just the most needed parts). They also stained and installed transition strips beautifully. See before pics of how worn the stain was and how dry the wood was. Now they are gleaming! Wonderful job, would highly recommend Footprints!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. I have used them for two homes now, they have the best prices, but more importantly is the quality and skill. In just half a day, they carpeted two bedrooms and a staircase. Lupe and his workers were professional and workmanship was impeccable. Previously they did luxury vinyl in my house. The previous installer did such a bad job, it was ripped out, the floor leveled and new flooring installed. I was done with better materials and better job for less money. Highly recommended.
