Footprints Floors did a great job putting in new tile and grab bars in my mom's shower. The workmen did a beautiful job, and Mitch was very fair and great to work with.

Price was very competitive and the workmanship and professionalism was beyond my expectations.

Mitch responded to my request to have my floors refurbished. He was responsive answering all my questions and had excellent communication skills. His customer service from the first day was excellent and he treated us like we were his only customers. He always responded immediately when I either needed information or I had concerns (which there were none) the finished product was far above my expectations and I was very happy with the work ethic of his employees and the outcome. I would not hesitate to use the company again for any future projects.

Interesting business model whereby footprints connects you with vendors who do the work. Footprints does the estimate and manages the project so to speak, billing etc. Having access to multiple vendors seems to increase flexibility. Overall good experience. I would use them again. I am a real estate professional and my knowledge of the work was pivotal in getting the job done as I wanted. I was present for the entire job and did participate at a higher level than most homeowners. Just fyi…it almost certainly makes a difference being present and being specific if you have the option. As with any home improvement.

Corey and Mitch delivered on installation of 3/4 shower and vinyl flooring in 3 bathrooms. Communication with the ongoing job was great. All updates were completed in a timely manner and within the price quoted. I will be using FOOTPRINTS floors for future projects! Robert Hill

Mitch and his team at Footprints did a spectacular job on our hundred year old floors! I would give Mitch alone 5 stars for his stellar and warm personality and then five more stars to his crew that made our old and worn out floors come back to life. Not to mention, their turn around was fast and they were able to start practically right away, which was amazing for my husband and I's timeline for moving into our new home. Call Mitch! I initially rated five stars for Footprints Flooring. However, after the follow up experience, I changed the review to two stars. Cory did a great job upon measuring my floors and drafting a proposal. The project was immediately scheduled and completed within five days, including me going to the store to purchase the luxury vinyl flooring. On installation day, Mitch arrived and stated that the underlayment was not needed since it would be difficult for the crew to remove the old hardwood flooring. My house is only 10 years old. Mitch said that I should return the underlayment to the store for a refund. He also said the old hardwood floors would be the underlayment/cushion for the luxury vinyl planks. I trusted his judgement. My flooring sinks in certain spots and I can feel it move while walking upon it. The underlay was needed afterall. Upon completion of the project, I noticed a gap between the baseboards and quarter round on both sides of my staircase. The installer said that he wasn’t responsible. I contacted Mitch who reviewed the issue and explained that the crew did not install the flooring flush to the staircase. The quarter round was improperly place at an angle to cover the problem. He said caulking would fix the problem, but the store supposedly forgot to include any caulk in my pallet of flooring order. I informed Mitch that the interior of the home would be painted soon. Thus, the painter will caulk. After careful deliberation with my sons, we determined that the faulty workmanship was not acceptable. I happen to see Mitch while shopping a few days later and expressed my disappointment with the project. Mitch promised to fix the issue swiftly. It’s been over a week, and I have not heard from Mitch or Cory after messages to them. I left a final message that my painter would fix the issue by caulking. It still will not be perfect though. I am disappointed in this company. Photos are attached.

I expected a good demo,and easy process but Cory went above and beyond informing everyday for the progress they made on the schedule he fully laid out.
