Mitch was quick to respond to set up a meeting to review the flooring project and get it on the schedule. The installation team arrived before 7:30 AM on both days of installation and were able to complete the installation of about 750 square feet of LVP in about 1.5 days including new 1/4 round trim around the full perimeter and moving large furniture and appliances. I did notice a couple issues afterwards that Mitch was able to get the installers to come out and fix within a couple of days. The one negative, if I have to state one is that the project generated a lot of dust and I had to dust all of the furniture and vacuum and mop the floors before I could move the rest of my furniture back into the space. Overall, I am very happy with the results.

The home we purchased had some beautiful hardwood floors in all of the living areas that we loved snd desperately wanted to keep. However the remainder of the house had a displeasing combination of old carpet and cheap vinyl flooring in the bedrooms. We set out to match the floors we loved and boy was it an ordeal! We had no less than 40 samples examined, three flooring experts, and countless hours in showrooms trying to find the floors. This search led us to Mitch Kelley, at Footprints Floors. He came to our house, examined the floors, and an hour later he was back at our house with the exact match sample! It was impressive - we’d been told we would have to settle for “close” or redo the entire house. Then Mitch comes in with his extensive knowledge and bam! He really knows a LOT about flooring. One hour! Next, the installation was another great experience. We really liked our install team - Kevin was their lead. I can’t say enough about the care and effort Kevin put into making sure we were satisfied. We also want to give a big shout out here to installer Ray - he really wanted us to be satisfied and put in a lot of effort. They all worked hard to give us perfect transitions from existing to new hardwood - absolutely no thresholds! The floor was laid perfectly to match the existing. You cannot spot any differences whatsoever. We are absolutely and totally satisfied with our experience from the first call to Mitch all the way to the finish. Thanks to him, we got EXACTLY what we wanted - did not have to “settle” for anything, nor did we have to tear up the beautiful existing floors. Thanks, Barefoot!

If you are considering Footprint Flooring please know you are in the best of hands. My complicated marble tile floor repair turned out seamless and beautiful. Mitch takes the pain and worry out of doing a tedious tile project. His team is talented, informative, respectful, and mindful of already occupied space where tip toeing around the area is required. Not only is his work of the highest quality but he is an excellent communicator along the process, which is 50% of doing a project so that the details are effectively carried out both logistically and aesthetically. Mitch and team take great care personally of the project with ownership, which is difficult to find in today's industry. Simply the best.

Footprints Floors did a great job putting in new tile and grab bars in my mom's shower. The workmen did a beautiful job, and Mitch was very fair and great to work with.

Price was very competitive and the workmanship and professionalism was beyond my expectations.

Mitch responded to my request to have my floors refurbished. He was responsive answering all my questions and had excellent communication skills. His customer service from the first day was excellent and he treated us like we were his only customers. He always responded immediately when I either needed information or I had concerns (which there were none) the finished product was far above my expectations and I was very happy with the work ethic of his employees and the outcome. Interesting business model whereby footprints connects you with vendors who do the work. Footprints does the estimate and manages the project so to speak, billing etc. Having access to multiple vendors seems to increase flexibility. Overall good experience. I would use them again. I am a real estate professional and my knowledge of the work was pivotal in getting the job done as I wanted. I was present for the entire job and did participate at a higher level than most homeowners. Just fyi…it almost certainly makes a difference being present and being specific if you have the option. As with any home improvement.
