Interesting business model whereby footprints connects you with vendors who do the work. Footprints does the estimate and manages the project so to speak, billing etc. Having access to multiple vendors seems to increase flexibility. Overall good experience. I would use them again. I am a real estate professional and my knowledge of the work was pivotal in getting the job done as I wanted. I was present for the entire job and did participate at a higher level than most homeowners. Just fyi…it almost certainly makes a difference being present and being specific if you have the option. Cory Cummings and FootPrint Floor may be one of the best sub-contractors I have ever hired for a home improvement/repair.
