This company did a fantastic job installing new flooring (stairs included). They were professional, punctual and did wonderful work. We would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

We were doing several simultaneous renovations, which required us to split the flooring installation into 2 phases. The flooring sales company recommended their installation company, and to be and fair, they did a good job. We were able to shop around for the second part of our project and selected Footprints Flooring. They stood out from all the other contractors we've hired in recent months. They are professional, detailed, timely, and their price — though not the cheapest (that was a guy from Craigslist) — they cost significantly less than our first contractor. They didn't nickel & dime us on small changes, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kris and his team at Footprints!

Extremely impressed with the work and professionalism. Kris (the owner) came over for the initial quote. He then was there when the work started and when the work was complete. His install team was professional and easy to work with. They made a point to let me know that the grout I had purchased would work but that I would be better off with a different type (which was cheaper). All in all a very honorable company that does quality work.

Kris and his team are absolutely amazing. We had a half finished floor in our master bath/closet and needed it to be completed ASAP. He came out right away to take a look and was very prompt in coming back with a quote for us. During all this, we were trying to get quotes from other vendors as well. We had one person completely ghost us, one come back super high and unreasonable, and others just weren't as responsive as Kris was. There were a few tiny hiccups, but they were quickly resolved. They did such a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier! If we have any future flooring projects, I know who we'll be calling first!

As a general contractor, I have literally worked with dozens of flooring installers. I have struggled greatly in finding a flooring partner who does it all... I will have a fantastic carpet guy for a while, but the LVP installer needs to be checked up on often, and so on. I decided to look for a true flooring partner, and vetted several companies. I decided to give Kris and his team a shot, based on their thoughtful professionalism and proactive approach to the project. I could not be happier. And, I'll be honest, I am a Type A+ about our remodeling projects - if it is not perfect, it needs to be corrected. So far, there has not been a single thing out of step. Maybe I shouldn't post this, so they are always available for us, LOL.

Kris and his team were amazing from the start. I found it hard to get any contractors to even respond to a quote request. He came with within just a day or two after my request to give the quote personally. They were able to start early to fit my timeline and did a great job. 100% satisfied, would recommend them to everyone.

Khris started out by assessing our needs and although we thought we wanted to stop the floors, Khris understood our budget and that we have dogs who may end up scratching the flooring. He suggested vinyl plank and we couldn’t be happier! Khris’s installation team was on time both days, very friendly, and created an overall great experience.

Kris Bohman and his team did a fantastic job in redoing our back slash. It was done promptly and the technicians were very professional. Customer service was simply the best.
