We were looking for a company to redo our wood floors. After getting a couple estimates, what made us go Footprints, was Kevin. He took the time to come and explain the process and made us feel very confident that we made the right choice. We could have used a cheaper option, but working with Footprints felt right. When we gave Footprints the go ahead, the service from the entire time was excellent. Workers showed up on time and worked non stop for 2 days until everything was done. They also do not make a mess. Lastly, being able to talk to the owner goes a long way. Keep up the good work Kevin and the Footprints team.

Love, love, love Footprints Floors! We have a little tiny en-suite bath and chose neutral colors so workmanship is very visible, and Footprints Floors did a wonderful job. They were tidy, efficient, professional and their work is beautiful.

Removed carpeting 2 rooms and added hardwood floors to match the 30 year old existing floors: perfect job, very fast. Also did a tile floor in our bathroom. Kevin’s teams did a very professional job, were on time, great communication and couldn’t be happier!

Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job! My kitchen needed refinishing and the adjoining den had new hardwood installed. They perfectly matched stain color to the rest of the house which was not an easy feat. My floors are beautiful! The crew was pleasant, hard working, arrived on time, and extremely thorough.

This company is beyond topnotch! Kevin (owner) helped me with a huge project at the school where I work. It was BIG and required research, tons of knowledge and skill and a lot of patience. I can't type it all here, but Kevin and his team do work of outstanding quality and really care about working with you to get everything done the right way. I can't say enough nice things about the whole process and how hard Kevin worked to make sure we were ready for our new floors, planned it even over the holidays to make it the best situation for our students. After nearly 2 years of hiring numerous companies and contractors to do upgrades on my house, Footprints is the first company that I have had a good experience with. Excellent actually. I contacted them online about having the hardwood floors refinished in three of my rooms, was replied to quickly, then had a salesman, Kevin, show up and give me a very fair quote. I scheduled it for a few days out, they arrived on that day and did exactly what they were supposed to do, and actually went above and beyond by replacing several strips of wood that were damaged. The work was fast, clean, and done to 100% of my expectations. I kept expecting a problem or an issue because every single other person who has worked on my house has had one, nope. Everything went very smooth and the work looks incredible. Anxious to get them back out to do the rest of the house when I have the rooms open.

I’m giving 5/5 stars for the overall installation of the floors and for Kevin’s prompt attention to issues I had with the detail work. I had carpet removed and LVP installed in the whole upstairs (2000 sq feet). The price was good and on the lower end of the quotes I got. When I first saw the floor I was blown away. It was beautiful! Then I noticed some sloppy detailing around the door edges (uneven door lip covers, staples and carpet bits still in the wood, missed the entry closet install). I also purchased new baseboards for them to install in the kitchen. To my surprise, they also replaced the baseboards in the entry to the kitchen from the garage (nice, but not what I said) and to my horror, they tried to replace the baseboards in the laundry room. I had not purchased baseboards to cover that so they just removed all the baseboards and left it that way. I immediately reached out to Kevin and he was there that evening installing the baseboards himself. He fixed the door lips (they look great now). And the next day he had his guys come out and do the overlooked closet and get rid of all the staples and carpet bits. By the time it was done, everything looked very very nice. I’m once again very happy and have beautiful floors all around. Seriously though, Kevin’s response to my concerns blew me away. Very professional and very prompt to fix the issue.
