Footprint Floors done an amazing job on my hardwood floors in two bedrooms downstairs. From beginning to end, Saul provided a high level of customer service. He was prompt in replying to the initial request and was patient when an issue arose in which we had to delay the project start time two months. The installation crew was professional! They covered up the existing hardwood floors and put plastic up to protect the furniture. Once that was done the work began. All went smoothly, Saul was either on-site or checking in by text or phone call. I love my floors and will definitely use them when I refinish my “older” floors.

I had a small job, I changed out the vanity in the powder room leaving dark marks where the stain had not been updated. I spoke with several floor companies and was told it might not look good unless the entire room was redone. Footprints floors was the only company that mapped out a plan to make sure the floor would turn out great. They came yesterday, and were able to knock out the job in a timely manner and it turned out GREAT! You can’t see where the old floor was at all.

From start to finish, Josh and his team at Footprint Floors of Nashville surpassed my expectations. His team removed existing commercial carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The team as well installed a new ceramic tile backsplash in the break room. The results were fast and exceptional!

The Foot Prints company did an excellent job. They came out and gave us a price and within a few days began on our back splash and then a couple of days later started on refinishing our floor. They did an excellent job. They kept their word on price, start date of project, and finish date of project. Also, never left a mess in our home. Everything was cleaned up after and they were professionals from start to finish. It’s hard these days to find a company that sticks to their word and they did. If I could give them 100 stars I would. You won’t regret hiring them.

I had a broken shower pan in a second floor bathroom that was leaking to the living room on the first floor. I called Footprints in and they assessed the problem and gave me several options to move forward. I chose to redo the entire shower stall. Scheduling was easy and fast. The work took a week and I was in the loop on progress and next steps throughout the project. The installation and attention to detail were spectacular on the final tile install. Any issues were brought to my attention immediately and rectified in an agreed manner. I could not be happier with my new shower. It has elevated my bathroom and is really just beautiful! Book NOW with Footprints Floors! They came out, did a free estimate, provided me a list of items to purchase from Floor & Decor and had me scheduled for installation with the same week. My installer name was Marvin! He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He worked at a fast pace and got the job done in one day. Marvin was a perfectionist! He made sure everything was accurately placed. He even cleaned up and brought his own tools to work with to get the job done. Kyle the project manager was a delight as well. He came and made sure everything was purchased and ready for install. Then he came back again to check on the progress. I would definitely do business with this company again. I had a kitchen backsplash installed.

Very happy that I went with Footrprints for my floor project. Gayle, Saul, and Miguel were all a pleasure to work with and I appreciated their expertise and professionalism! The crew was also super fast, efficient, and did high quality work! They flattened out a few dips in my subfloor, refinished existing hardwoods, installed new hardwood and finished to match seamlessly, and also installed tile in my laundry. They were quick to resolve any concerns I had throughout the project quickly and professionally. I’ll start with saying I don’t leave reviews much if ever. But if you are looking for advice on this company I say they are solid. Started with having the hardwood floors expanded into the kitchen. They matched the existing perfectly and stained the entire house so they were all one color. Turned out amazing! Then decided to have them replace all the baseboards and now the space is completely transformed. Saul was great managing the process the entire time as well as other members of his team. For such a large job it was stress free the entire time and damn do they work quick. Save yourself the overthinking and give them a call

Fantastic company. Gayle and Saul were amazing to work with. We needed three fireplaces to get tile and replace old tile. I called these guys. Got in touch with Gayle immediately. We got a quote and were put on the schedule for the following week. They showed up exactly when they said they were. It was not cheap but it was done very very well. They were very respectful and clean while working our home. We plan on using them again. Also - Gayle is hilarious.

Footprints worked as a 3rd party tile installer for the plumbing company who replaced our broken cast iron pipes under a shower. Every person on the staff we interacted with was professional, and the work was amazing. I don't know about cost, as they billed the plumbing company, but will use them in the future because of their work and professionalism!

I had a pretty unique job to do. I had a newly installed staircase that had to be stained. I had three companies give me a quote and Footprints turned out to be the only one that provided me a quote based on the actual work that they needed to do. Unfinished stairs are a complete different situation than old stairs that need to be sanded and redone. Footprints was the only company to understand that and give me a price that was fair. Rodrigo came and really listened to what I was looking for in a color, I didn’t want to match my existing red oak wood floor; I wanted to complement it. After i picked 3 different stains to try, Rodrigo came up with a color that really worked. He was quick and thorough and I really like the way it came out. When I decide to do all my wood flooring I will not hesitate to call Footprints Flooring.

From the initial meeting with Gayle to the finished job with project manager Saul, our kitchen floors and our entire house was transformed beautifully. We purchased our flooring and they had it delivered and began work the next day. The kitchen and dining room was first with tear out and all new tile. The job was done quickly and looked wonderful. A few days later, the crew, led by Miguel, began upstairs. They moved the furniture, ripped out carpet, and finished the upstairs in ONE day. The next day they did the lower level including the task of removing some seriously difficult and stubborn old wood flooring. The job was also done in one day. The third day was just clean up and the little things... Saul kept in touch the entire time. Footprints 👣 I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. No need for additional bids.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. What a great experience. I'm so happy with the work. I bought my fixer upper 2 years ago and have done a lot of work myself. I'm a bit of a perfectionist. When I started on the upstairs bathroom remodel I uncovered rotten subfloor everywhere. It had also creeped into the bedroom. It was a huge undertaking and they did such an excellent job. I went with vertical subway tile for the bath surround and penny tile for the floors. They were even able to replace and tie in new hardwood in the bedroom. It looks amazing.
