My experience with Footprints was fantastic from beginning to end. I needed an estimate appointment ASAP since we had a limited window of time before we were moving into our new home and the Footprints team got someone out next day to measure my project. Our project manager Jesse was SO helpful throughout the entire process, helping me with a specific shopping list for all materials needed (advising me on what i didn’t need and was trying to be sold at retailers!), helping me with delivery and even talking with me about how to stay on track with my budget every step of the way. The finished results of my floors are perfection! LVP and engineered hardwood on two different levels and all done within a a week and a half!! Jesse made sure any imperfections were replaced and corrected before ever discussing payment, and was consistently available for communication regarding the project the entire time. If I could leave more stars, I would. Footprints did an amazing job on our house and the price was amazing compared to three other companies I had come look at the floors. The color and finish were perfect! It was a bit dusty during and afterwards, but that's to be expected when you're sanding indoors.

I had a wood floor repair done. I found this company to be responsible, reliable and reasonably priced. Namita Khana was my first point of contact and I found her to be well informed and professional. I would recommend Footprints floors or use for future projects.

I contacted Footprints Flooring to get a bid for repairing the oak flooring in our kitchen damaged by water. Unlike other companies I contacted, Footprints Flooring responded immediately by sending one of their project managers, Jesse, to assess the damage. Their bid was provided the same day. It was detailed and, unlike the other bids obtained, very competitive. Jesse was very responsive Tony questions and we selected Footprints Flooring for the job. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work. Jesse served as the project manager and Freddie performeded the installation and finish work. The quality of the work was excellent and was completed ahead of schedule. The crew was prompt in showing up and was courteous. If I could give a higher score, I would. My experience with Footprints Floors was amazing!! They tiled my floor, shower, and tub. These are genuine and fair people. I had a very bad experience with a contractor and had to redo everything. Footprints Floors came to the rescue. Todd the salesman came over and gave me an honest quote and went out of his way to make it affordable. James diligently managed my project and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He would send me pictures and check in with me to make sure that I was happy with the progress. Gabriel, the tiler, is very skilled and precise. I didn't see any flaws or things that bothered me. The work was quality and I loved the results. I will definitely be using them in the future to redo my hardwood floors and anything else that comes up

We’ve used Footprints to re-do all of our hardwood flooring as well as for a bathroom tile install. They are so easy to work with, reasonably priced and the process is quick and seamless. First I want to say I apologize for reviewing this almost a week late. I have such a hectic and busy life at times with two small children and one with needs. With that being said, there is something to be said about how professional, humble, honest and understanding Todd and his team were with handling our situation and schedule. Being that we are so busy, they were very helpful and flexible with how they approached my family and the task at hand. Swift, punctual, and friendly. It seemed like they took extra care with replacing/upgrading the floors and Todd made sure the job was done correctly and neat to our liking, as well as his. He took time out of his day at least three times to come to the house and make sure we were taken care of. Todd, thank you and your team for all that you do. You can tell why this company has been in business for years. I’ve already given your contact info to multiple friends and family in hopes of referring more business. Well worth it!

We had a great experience with Foot Prints Floors when we decided to remove old carpet and install fresh hardwood. Our estimator Grant did a walkthrough with us for free and provided us with so much guidance and information as we are first time homeowners. Grant had a lot of patience with us as we asked for multiple estimates with different options. Once we decided to move forward the process went quickly. Scheduling, installation, sanding, and staining was efficient and very well done. Our installers were very polite and friendly and got the job done. Jesse was an excellent project manager from start to finish. When I needed extra help deciding what to put in, he sent me links, brought by samples after hours and then matched me up with a showroom for another expert opinion. He was in direct communication throughout the entire project, and helped to address a couple areas that didn’t flow with continuity the way we wanted. He was always the consummate professional & made us happy with our decision to go with Footprints for our floor replacement.

I hired Footprints Floors to do my backsplash in the kitchen. Jesse the project manager would stop by to check in the project, told me how much tile and grout we needed. I also wanted to add the backsplash in the bar area and he said it wasn’t a problem. They did excellent work, clean, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. We had a tile floor installed, Rimiro was our installer. He did an amazing job, high attention to detail and the floor came out beautiful. Not an easy job as the tile was natural stone that had to match up to a wood floor, came out perfect. No job is without a few hiccups and the few that we had were handled by Jesse without any problems and handled quickly. Very happy with our decision to use Footprints Floors!

I cannot say enough good things about Footprints Floors! First of all, their pricing is so reasonable and the work they do is incredible! Jesse was the one who I was in communication with and he was nothing but professional, kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. He was prompt with getting us an estimate and they were able to squeeze in our job the next week while we were out of town! Jesse truly went above and beyond and would text me updates and pictures throughout the whole process. Jordan answered my 1000 questions and was so patient during the process of finding the right floors . Scott was the project manager and he was also great ! He sent pictures during the whole week process and was very involved . Luis , who put the floors in was spectacular and did phenomenal work . Again , use them !! They also put my parents floors in as well and they are we recommend them .

I was very satisfied with the whole process. Jordan explained everything and there was no "hard-sell." I appreciated that James checked each morning to check on progress or questions. I was very impressed with the tile setting as there were two very difficult areas and he did them perfectly.

Loved working with these guys! From working with Jordan on the sales side, he was super knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to come to a fair agreement that worked for both sides without too much back and forth. During installation, we spoke with Dustin to cover what Jordan and I got discussed. All was heard by Dustin and we were on the same page for the duration of the project. During walk through we identified a couple minor things to get taken care of and they fixed it in a highly expeditious manner. I highly recommend this group as they’re very friendly, fair, and knowledgeable while providing exceptional service from sales to final product. As an added bonus, the vendors that were needed throughout the course of the project were also very communicative and also very friendly to ensure we got our selected finishes delivered in a timely manner prior to starting the project.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our project. We had existing tile, laminate, and carpet removed in half the house, laminate installed, and baseboards replaced throughout the entire house. Our sales rep, Grant, was responsive and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue of our own making. Our project manager, James, was attentive, listened to our concerns, and quickly jumped into action when issues came up. There was a disappointing issue regarding the quality of our baseboard installation at first; HOWEVER, James saw the problem and quickly found a solution. Communication is key and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Lastly, our installation crew, Escalera, did a phenomenal job, not only fixing the issues we had, but overall providing an excellent touch to the finishes. They suggested things on the fly that ultimately made the finished project look better. They truly acted as the professional with the expertise to foresee what would or would not work and what may or may not look good. While there was a hiccup in the middle of the project, the excellent communication with Grant, James, and Escalera made the finished project a great outcome.

Footprints Floors did a restoration on our main floor hard wood flooring, and we are overwhelmingly happy with the results. We had water damage on a 20 foot square area in the kitchen and an old damaged carpet inlaid in the living room. Footprints Floors replaced the damaged area in the kitchen and replaced the old carpet with hard wood flooring. They sanded the whole wood floor - old and new - and applied new stain everywhere. They laced in the new product into the existing wood flooring, and you can't tell the difference anywhere. They whole flooring everywhere looks new! Grant did a great job presenting the repair options. The work crew was so professional and hardworking. If you need a hardwood floor repaired, restored, or replaced we recommend Footprints Floors.

I'm very happy with the money I spent with Footprints Floors. I went with them on a recently purchased 'live-in-flip' project home. They came in and quoted me and the pricing was itemized so that I could pick and choose exactly what I wanted them to do - nice! This worked perfectly for me since I'm planning to flip the house, I was able to do all of the demo myself and have them strictly stick to the install only. Hunter came out and quoted me on the initial visit. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and slowed down for me to catch up and understand / ask questions. Communication with this company in my experience was great. Hunter was texting me and emailing me, and even several members of their install / clean up crew keep me in the loop as well. I did the demo, purchased the flooring materials myself (with Hunters help) and had it shipped directly to my new house for them to simply come in a install. It has completely transformed my house. This is the second time I’ve hired Footprints Floors for my home. Both experiences have been professional, seamless and produced a beautiful product. The most recent project involved installing extremely large & heavy limestone tile with a heating element. The project manager, Jesse, was easy to communicate with and very detail oriented. We had water damage on our hard wood floors, caused the wood to severely buckle and pull up. An area of approximately 30 ft. x 30ft. had to be replaced. Dustin at Floorprints Floors brought his crew to do the work. Alex and his colleagues did an excellent job of painstakingly removing, replacing and matching the new wood to the old. They were professional, polite and on-time every day they came. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I hired Footprints Floors to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. The project included demo of existing backsplash, installation of new backer board where needed and installation of about 70 sq. ft. of new tile. The job ran a little long because of the complex new tile pattern, but the installar took the time to get it right and I was extremely pleased with the finished project.

They installed new oak alongside existing oak and matched and refinished everything perfectly. There are a few companies who refinish floors, but the only one that does it better and at a lower price with higher quality than the other companies is Footsteps Floors! On occasion, the good reviews that I read for a business don’t match the service that I end up receiving. I chose Footprints Flooring based on their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. I have a listing in LoDo that the hardwood floors were in rough shape. We needed to get the floors refinished prior to putting the unit on the market. Footprints was quick to get out for a quote and then the work. I am very satisfied with the look of the floors as they shine.

I would like to thank Jesse Nicholas and Dusty for their exemplary attention to detail, friendly professionalism, and ability to mitigate problems and expeditiously find solutions. From the moment Jessie began managing our bathroom re-model, my wife and I realized we were dealing with someone who values their customers. Jessie is a good listener. Not many people listen, they just want to tell you what you should think. Not Jesse. A few unforeseen issues came up (we were out of town BTW for the project) during the re-model, but Jesse's transparency for some ideas gave my wife and I an opportunity to find the best and most cost effective solution. Now too Dusty. I have served in the military and have owned many homes throughout my life because of traveling around. I have remodeled entire homes...therefore dealing with many contractors and professionals. Dusty is an anomaly! He is a master craftsman. His attention to detail is exemplary. We received pictures of the work every day. He cleaned up as though he was never there. The fact that we weren't home and never would have known speaks volumes about his character and integrity as well. We had our wood floors re-finished by footprints and Jessie managed that project. There was an issue with the first crew and Jesse made it right. Brought in a different crew and fixed our floors. Because of that, we chose Footprints to re-model our bathroom. If would not hesitate to use or recommend HIGHLY your company because of Jesse! I also wish all of my contractors were as gifted as Dusty. If they were, I might have less grey hair. they did amazing work on our hardwood flooring repairs. We had water damage and there were repairs make it seem like the damage never happened. They also gave us a really good paint job and the floors look better than they did before.
