A small section of our floor had suffered some water damage. Brandon and his team came in, met with my wife and I, and addressed the issue in no time. He and his team were punctual (rare nowadays) and timely. His communication was outstanding. He said what he meant and he meant what he said. Oh man! From start to finish, Footprints Floors was incredible! A cleaning company super effed up our floors with chemical and Footprints saved the day. Brandon, the sales rep, was so helpful and professional to work with. He was honest, provided his professional opinion, and was very respectful. Raul, who did the work, was equally professional, respectful, and very efficient. The floors came out amazing and I learned a lot in the process as they explained every step. I am so happy we chose Footprints Floors for our floor-needs and will 100% be using them for any future project and highly recommend them to any one considering a floor project.

From start to finish it was a great experience. They refinished our existing hardwood floors. The crew was obviously an above and beyond type crew; minimizing the mess, maintaining excellent communication throughout the job & giving advice. We are so impressed with the outcome that we turned around and immediately contacted them to come back and put hardwood on our stairs. You can't go wrong with this company.

Jake did an amazing job with our floors! He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He kept us updated throughout the process with any imperfections his team found in the floor and did not try to hide anything. He recommended stains that would look best in our house and that would cover up stains in the wood the best. Overall, we are very impressed with our new floors and are so happy we went with Jake at footprints!

Footprints flooring installed my LVP flooring. Everything went very smooth from the beginning to the ending of the project. Jake was very responsive and quick to provide an estimate. He showed a lot of knowledge in flooring and I trusted him to install the floors. I don’t know much about flooring and Jake helped me figure out what pieces would be best. Adam did the flooring and he was very detail oriented. He made sure to take the time to make sure everything lined up right. My floor needed extra leveling, and Adam made sure that it was the right height before continuing. I was kept updated throughout the project.
