Footprints Floors did an amazing job fixing our shower. It started with a leak, they identified the problem and suggested and installed a state of the art leak proof shower system. Manager (Jason) and his team of floor installation experts did the most incredible job removing all of our old flooring and installing our new hardwood! We were so pleased w/their attention to detail, speed, and the overall quality of the job! They even ensured that we shut down our HVAC to prevent the system from ingesting harmful byproducts during the removal and preparation process. This required them to work in very hot conditions during the peak of summer, but they were more than happy to do it properly, regardless. Additionally, these crews were punctual, professional, and friendly! You truly can’t ask for more on any home renovation project! We took out the old, dated laminate and ceramic tile floors, and replaced everything with LVP. I had solid oak floors that had 20 years of life written all over them. When I went in search of a company to restore them, one seemed to outshine all the others in reviews...Footprints. I contacted Matt, the owner, who came out exactly when he said, provided options and an estimate I felt was fair. There was a 4 person crew that worked for 4 days, first putting up plastic everywhere to minimize the dust. (Their machines capture almost all during the sanding) Although they didn't require oversight, Matt was here every day to ensure I was kept informed and happy with the workers and the work. Matt (owner) and his team were wonderful! I had a leak in the master bath (it was covered by insurance), and they replaced the damaged flooring! It turned so beautiful that I had them replace the flooring in the remaining rooms of my 1,300 square foot house. The floors were completely done, then I had a 2nd leak in my master bath. Matt called to say “I would really feel comfortable if we checked your floors out for moisture” and he sent Victor To take a look, he did end up pulling up the flooring and I was able to dry it for almost 2 weeks! Victor came back and replaced the flooring for a nominal fee! Being a single lady, I appreciated that they were a very honest, hard-working team, I would recommend them highly!

This was an "unplanned" project and I needed it done quickly to make way for another contractor. Matt understood my situation perfectly. Came out on Wednesday at 4 as promised, I had the estimate that night. I bought the tile on Thursday and installation began Friday morning. Kudos to Victor who did a beautiful job laying/leveling the tile and trim to perfection.
