Cynthee is amazing when it comes to customer service. She was great at answering all of my questions when I had them and she is not afraid to get her hands dirty to figure out solutions to probems. I will definitely be recommending Footprints Floors in the future for all floor and bathroom remodeling needs.

Late November, I decided, as one does, that I should move my art studio from a tiny room to a larger room downstairs. And of course I wanted to do it as soon as possible. The biggest issue was that the downstair room was carpeted. So, I contacted several floor contractors for a tile installation work. Footprints came right away for an estimate, and the work started just four days later. In two days, I had a brand new tiled floor! The work was efficient and thorough. They even fixed a big gap on the slab. I can't be more pleased with their work. Thank you so much!

I thought that Cynthee was great, she responded promptly to my inquiry and set up an estimate in a timely manner. Cynthee arrived for the estimate on time and was very helpful in giving suggestions and ideas about our project. The communication with Cynthee was excellent, she kept us up to date about our appointment and even had an earlier appointment that she informed us about. The installation of our backsplash was very professionally done and it looks great, Carlos was the best. I have recommended Footprints Floors to many of my friends and colleagues and we plan on having more work done in the future.

We had the pleasure of meeting Cyntee, A young lady with a smile that makes one feel like they have met her before,Cyntee worked on a beautiful black, mirrored backsplash that we picked out. She meticulous worked like it was her own. Even if I spoke to her, she would not stop for a muoment and just kept working. Just a joy to have in our home. Very professional and cleaned up after herself. I would trust her with out a doubt in my home in the event that I had to leave her alone. Above and beyond the call of duty. The floor was totally trashed. Tenants & vandalism. Here are some photos of the damage and progress. I’ll have more photos next week when I’m able to see it again. I am for certain going to hire this company again, as I have another rental to fix the floor in and I am thrilled with this job and the people who have helped me with this monster to fix.
