I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

I contacted Scott Campbell of Footprints Floors through Angi’s List. I was determined to obtain five bids at least before I made any decision. I wanted to have my main bath converted from a bathtub to a shower. Scott gave me a very reasonable bid and his presentation included many choices pertaining to labor and material. My choice of contractors was an easy one and I give the highest praise to Scott, his foreman Marcus and his entire crew. The workmanship was excellent and communication was outstanding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them again.

I went through a bit of a journey with these guys. Overall, they are great, but they got burned a bit by one of their contractors who didn't do a great job on part of my installation. It's uncomfortable telling a vendor that the quality of the work is not right, but they agreed, re-ordered materials, put a different crew on the job, and made it all right in the end. These things happen, part of life, whats important is that it was rectified in the end. They're good people with a good business and in the end I'd recommend them and will return to them for my next job.

Footprints did an INCREDIBLE job for us at our new place. Floors are like new! On top of that I shopped this job around to probably five local places and footprints price made it such an easy decision. Travis the project manager was super helpful through out and Freddie, who actually did the floor, was professional, helpful and an absolute craftsman. Was so awesome to work with Footprints! Our shower looks amazing and their attention to detail was fantastic. They are super responsive and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Jordan was always super responsive and always found solutions whenever there was an issue. Great experience from start to finish! Jordan was very honest, direct on expectations, and communication was quick throughout the process. Marcus and his team did an amazing job at replacing stained wooden slats, and lacing in new wood where a wall had been. No more high traffic wear areas. Looks as good as new!
