You could put your hand through the sub flooring and it even compromised the joists. Footprints Floors reinforced the joists, replaced the sub flooring and redid the tile. The tile was tricky as it was 13x13 and I couldn't match it. Footprints Flooring did such a great job of at least making a "pattern" with the new mismatched tile. It looks great. They were quick to respond and very professional. Price was great. I'm looking forward to have them back to actually cover the tile with laminate when time and my wallet permits!
