When making a choice to refinish our ash floors i requested estimates from three companies. I was very impressed with Grants prompt response in coming out to the house and his professionalism throughout the quoting process. The quote was fair and concise in what we wanted including seeing multiple samples of sealers in order to have the finish we wanted. The job was completed beautifullly and in a timely fashion by Juan, Angel & Ivan. James, our Project Manager was there to do the final walk through and fix any of the areas we had concerns with. We appreciated his efforts to complete the job to our satisfaction. We had high expectations and had been in remodel mode for over 3 months which made for a customer who had a bit of exhaustion with contractors. I commend James for listening, explaining things and wanting to make the floors right & the project experience the best it could be! I would highly recommend Footprint Flooring for your project.✨️👍

Grant came to give me a quote on my hard wood floors. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent which I appreciate! Had a quote over to me shortly after his visit and the pricing is reasonable. Will definitely be using them for my floor repairs :)

I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

I contacted Scott Campbell of Footprints Floors through Angi’s List. I was determined to obtain five bids at least before I made any decision. I wanted to have my main bath converted from a bathtub to a shower. Scott gave me a very reasonable bid and his presentation included many choices pertaining to labor and material. My choice of contractors was an easy one and I give the highest praise to Scott, his foreman Marcus and his entire crew. The workmanship was excellent and communication was outstanding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them again.

I went through a bit of a journey with these guys. Overall, they are great, but they got burned a bit by one of their contractors who didn't do a great job on part of my installation. It's uncomfortable telling a vendor that the quality of the work is not right, but they agreed, re-ordered materials, put a different crew on the job, and made it all right in the end. These things happen, part of life, whats important is that it was rectified in the end. They're good people with a good business and in the end I'd recommend them and will return to them for my next job.

Footprints did an INCREDIBLE job for us at our new place. Floors are like new! On top of that I shopped this job around to probably five local places and footprints price made it such an easy decision. Travis the project manager was super helpful through out and Freddie, who actually did the floor, was professional, helpful and an absolute craftsman. Really excellent company to work with! I always get a call back within a day of leaving them a message. Very prompt with texts and emails as well. They did a great job of replacing my tile kitchen floor in just under three days. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and would work with them again.

Was so awesome to work with Footprints! Our shower looks amazing and their attention to detail was fantastic. They are super responsive and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy. Everything felt seamless, even when we had a few unexpected things happen with the tub install (done by a different company). Grant, James, and Saul are the best!

We had our floors done by them and they repaired the floors when we had our sewer replaced. Great work from these guys.
