Footprints Floors did an amazing job! We went from having carpet in 4 ½ rooms to vinyl flooring, all done in just 1 day. Mark, Caleb, and the crew were a pleasure to work with from the quote to the installation process. I would highly recommend!

Weare every happy with the service Caleb and the crew provided. Caleb was very knowledgeable and walked us through a number of solutions for a handful of ideas we had. The crew working on the hardwood floors were very efficient and left us with a floor we were very happy with. I had a few questions at the end which Caleb kindly and clearly explained more about the flooring process. We plan to have them back for more work in the future!

This company is truly one of a kind! From the initial bidding process to the final result, this company was an absolute pleasure to work with. In fact, the experience was so exemplary that every day I found myself bracing for the inevitable "disappointment" that always seems to accompany projects done by contractors. It never happened. What struck me most about my experience with Footprints was that the crew that worked in my home were friendly and very considerate of the fact that they were working in my home. Always left the house clean, neat and tidy and consistently asked my opinion on things; never leaving anything to chance. I know that I'm gushing here, but after owning an antique home for 17 years and renovating it all the while, I've had some horrendous experiences with contractors. Zach and his team are committed to providing their clients with the very best experience possible and I'm so glad I found them. We have a large project on the horizon for our second floor and you bet Footprints will be here again to work their magic. Shout outs to Zach, Caleb, Ronald and Kevin - what a team!

He was timely and communicative and responded promptly to any questions during the entire process. Mags and the other workers were meticulous with their process and very respectful of our space, our time, and our two big dogs (who demanded belly rubs several times a day)! We came across some complexities along the way, simply due to how the house was originally constructed but Zach and his crew took the time to explain it all to us along with our options and have us the time to feel comfortable with our decisions. Really couldn’t recommend them more - I would give them 10 stars if it let me. Amazing team that does great quality work!

I can’t say enough positive things about Footprints Flooring. Zach and Caleb are a dynamic duo! I had my kitchen backsplash replaced and the team did a fantastic job! Wood flooring was done upstairs and I had my downstairs flooring refinished. I needed flooring installed to replace a carpeted area too and that came out amazing! I highly recommend Footprints Floors. I had my entire mobile home flooring replaced with laminate. There a couple of issues that added to to the quote, but I was contacted prior to any work being done and was given the option to have the additional work done or not. Zack and Caleb were quick to respond to questions and concerns - even on the weekend or late at night! My floor is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.

The process was quick and easy. I received a call right away to set up appointment. I started the process Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Zach kept in contact the whole time with updates on when he would be there and during the install, how things were going. He even sent pictures of what was done. He was very professional, brought all the supplies and started and finished when he said he would. I would definitely use them again.

We asked Zach from Footprints Floors to meet us during a walkthrough for our new home so we could set up a time for him to refinish the floors before we moved it. I stressed that he needed to be prompt because we only had a few minutes in the house. He was right on time, measured the whole space and checked under rugs and vents. Zach went through what he saw - wood floors that were in great shape and since they had only been done a few years before, he said he thought they looked awesome and we shouldn't bother investing our money in another coat. His honesty made us want to use him the future and I know we will (we're putting an addition on in a few years). I would absolutely suggested using their team!

We are still in the beginning stages of repairing our floors but I can already tell this is going to be a lovely experience. Caleb is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful! My family is a bit wild and dysfunctional but Caleb has been very patient with us to insure we are receiving exactly what we want. I'm very impressed by the timeliness and respect that radiates from him and the company. I'm excited to see the finished results! For now, I've included a photo of my dogs with some of the sample floors. Normally they are very rowdy and loud but they've come to really enjoy Caleb's presence and the idea of getting new floors to play on.

Zach and his team were great. Zach showed up took a look at my job which wasn’t huge by any means but made us feel like it was as big as any of his jobs. He was quick and fair with his proposal and the team led by project manager Caleb did a fantastic job installing our laundry room tile. They were very communicative of any issues and always ran uncertainties by use before proceeding with anything. The job was delayed due to a snow storm which is no one’s fault and Zach very graciously sent us a Starbucks gift certificate as a result of the delay! Completely unnecessary but a great touch. Class act and great work. Will hire for next job when we need it.

My experience was absolutely perfect end to end. I reached out to Footprints after a horrible experience with Home Depot. The Footprint team was professional, friendly, and a great price for our flooring project in our basement. I plan to use them for future flooring projects.

After having several contractors tell us that our hardwood floor was not able to be refinished due to its condition, we found Zach. Not only was he very professional, he was also very honest in addressing all of our concerns. He told us that he felt it could be restored and the results are amazing! They took meticulous care in sanding and applying the finish - including inside the closet - and it is beautiful. They are very easy to work with and have the utmost pride in their work. Zach and his team are the BEST AROUND!!! Zach is responsive, excellent communication skills and professional. He has great attention to detail and every crevice of my floors was carefully taken car of. He both installed new floors (where tile previously existed) and refinished old floors. The transition between old floor and new floors was flawless and we were all in awe!! We were convinced the refinished floors were new floors because they looked so amazing, clean and new! I can’t wait to have footprint floors come back for my bathroom tile projects soon!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Zach and Jose are amazing! Zach took the time to really listen to all my questions and explained all the options until we figured out exactly what it was I wanted. Jose did a fabulous job with the tile install, which was my whole shower surround needing to be fixed due to rot. He installed new cement board and made everything watertight! His lines are beautifully straight, and I just love how everything turned out. Super respectful of our property and our puppers. Cleaned up after himself every single day, and communicated well. We'll happily work with them again!

He came out, gave an honest estimate, and was able to schedule the work sooner than expected. His team did a fantastic job restoring 3 bedrooms, one that was brutally worn by the previous owner.
