Footprints did a wondeful job with our floors! From the initial visit with Alonso, to working with the Project manager Miquel, and seeing the results from the crew, the experience was phenomenal. Very professional and personable as well. We did 1300 sq ft of new floors and the house looks and feels brand new! See the before and after in the photos attached.

Miguel did a fabulous job installing a backsplash In our bar area next to (and now a perfect match to) our kitchen! He was very meticulous as this was not a typical job. There were 3 different angles (with two 30-degree side walls) and multi-stepped cupboards, which created many challenges. Miguel handled it Ike a seasoned professional. We couldn’t be happier! Miguel came out, gave us a fair estimate and Leo and his crew had the work completed in short time. The floor is beautiful. We would definitely use this company again for any floor replacement.

Footprints was incredible to work with. Alonso provided the quote extremely quickly, talked through everything with me and made sure I was clear with what the charges were and setting next steps to begin the project. Hector came the day of the work and did an unbelievable job. He removed all the old tile, did the resurfacing that was needed and got the new floor and baseboards installed all in a single day. Not only was he efficient but he took extreme care to keep everything very clean. The site supervisor Miguel was also very kind and very communicative which was nice after a previous experience with a contracted company. Our work was done promptly on the date they promised. Alex is very hard working, and even came on weekends to make sure the job was done in a timely manner. His work is meticulous. Both Alonso and Miguel were very professional, contracts were all done beforehand, and gone over with us. We would definitely use this company again.

My job was a little more complicated. I live in a much older home. Every time we demolished old floors in one room, we found damage to the subfloor. Footprints took is -patiently, I might add- one room at a time. Oh, and did I mention my new floors look fantastic? This company does all kinds of flooring, not just hardwoods like mine. Footprints came in and installed my new hardwood floors upstairs and on the stairs. We had a complex inlay done throughout each room and they turned out beautifully. Alonso is a pleasure and adjusted my quotes to my needs even after the project started (Purchase, stained and installtion of new Oak moldings). Their quotes are clear and invoices are easy to follow. He worked with me making the process as easy as possible. The crew was great to work with as well and very responsive to all my questions and even when I butted in multiple times to point out issues. And yes, I am super picky and was underfoot the whole time. They corrected all the issues I brought up. I am planning on having them come back to install my downstairs stone flooring as well in the near future. I highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring installation.

You will get high integrity and transparency with Alonso and his team. We had some ups and downs with our small bathroom project but Alonso was quick to correct all the mistakes at no costs to us. He handled our project with professionalism and care, visiting several times to ensure further mistakes were not made. We will be using Footprints Floors again.

I met Alonso, through buyer's who spoke so incredibly highly of him and was there with them when their were using him for the second time and was taken by the amount of care and time he gave to his clients. This team of guys was a god send. I requested an estimate and Alonso responded within an hour. He scheduled a visit for the next day, listed to my long list and delivered a plan. On the day of installation they were prompt and got right to work. The end result is beautiful! It’s only been a few days and my visitors are in awe of the work.

Alonso was great to work with. He was thorough in his explanation and willing to talk through options. He had the challenge of trying to match existing wood flooring in another room and not only did that, but did so while exceeding the quality of what was in the other room. Alonso was also responsive and accommodating for post-install requests. His team was punctual, professional and did quality work. Alonso and his crew was WONDERFUL! They sanded down my hardwood floors in my entire house, stained them and did a satin finish. They look like brand new, they had not been done in 15 years, my son asked if I had new floors put in. Very pleasant experience. Owner and crew were very friendly and capable. Really understood how to work with real hardwood floors. Did their best to minimize the dust resulting from sanding the floor and helped with moving the furniture. The refinished floor looks like new.

We found Footprints through a Google search for flooring contractors in the area... After moving into a new home, we'd immediately decided we wanted to change the flooring in a 3600sqft home. I got a few quotes from from 3 or 4 companies and footprints was pretty reasonable. Fortunately we hadn't moved in yet and they're crew was able to get started right away. His crew took care of the demo work on the old flooring (which was a mix of wood, laminate and tile). They made quick work of it and once complete we'd discovered the slab foundation was multiple levels. Footprints wasn't equipped to bring in new concrete, which we needed, so Alonso tried to help me source a guy but his timing didn't work out for the project. In the end, I found a guy and had the slab filled in the necessary areas with a concrete mixing truck and a good crew of guys. We also found standing water that had seeped in underneath the laminate, which halted the project while I brought in a plumber to check for leaks, a foundation expert to assess the problem and then a concrete contractor to grind down the slab seal the cracks and the seal the entire surface area. Alonso stayed in touch through the concrete pouring and foundation seeping issues through and the brought his team back immediately once everything was done. The situation was fairly fluid and he and his team were flexible and responsive when necessary. Footprints finished the hardwood project about a week and a half after the concrete was poured. The worked up until Christmas, came back and then worked through new years. There were little items here and there that needed addressing but Alonso was pretty good about coming back and getting it solved for. Floors look great and the service matched that greatness.
