I am very satisfied with Kevin's great floor work and his service for my house floors from the beginning to the end of this project. For the free estimate and consultation, he showed up on time. He is very knowledgeable and definitely is the expert in this area. He is very professional and very detail oriented at the same time. I need my kitchen floor to be fixed and the wood floor in other area to be refinished. For my kitchen floor, he is the only contractor who actually opened up a piece of the cracked floor to see what is underneath in order to give the precise estimate for the kitchen floor project. For the wood floor, he checked to see what kind of wood it is to suggest the best stained colors for my wood floor. From these behaviors including his transparency by taking his time to carefully evaluate everything in order to give me a very accurate estimated price, I already knew that he is the best contractor that I can have to take care of this big project. It turned out that I am 100% correct that he completed this project in time and my floor turned out very beautiful and functional. He also gave the instructions for preparing the floor work and after to take care of the floors. We had a moisture issue on our concrete slab that damaged our five-year-old LVP. After getting multiple quotes, I immediately felt at ease with Kevin Moore. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. I sought a couple estimates and Footprint Floors were extremely competitive. I also had a very pleasant meeting with them on their visit. Skipping to the end, the job was completed to my expectations, and the new hardwood looks amazing! Now a very important part of the review. There was a problem with how the floor initially took the stain and sealer. It very could have been the bad weather we had at the time of installation. Typical GA cold, then sunny and warm all mixed in with the rain out yards love. Bottom line is they went above and beyond to correct the issue as they were not about to disappoint a customer. If you’re looking for a new floor, these are your guys!

The flooring guys were very focused and their competence was obvious. (Paco, Xavier, Julio). They did a great job of managing dust and debris, communicating and answering questions. Tim Busbee came by several times and had outstanding follow up and communication. I really valued the service Tim provided us. It was a complete package consisting of thorough conversation and pre planning, scheduling and follow up. He managed his crew and actually showed up through my projects!

What a great company to deal with. Professional service from the top down. Andy, Jason, Vitor, and Matt really care about quality and craftsmanship. They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. The pictures do not do it justice. So thankful that I found them.
