The flooring guys were very focused and their competence was obvious. (Paco, Xavier, Julio). They did a great job of managing dust and debris, communicating and answering questions. Tim Busbee came by several times and had outstanding follow up and communication. I really valued the service Tim provided us. It was a complete package consisting of thorough conversation and pre planning, scheduling and follow up. He managed his crew and actually showed up through my projects!

I just had Footprints Floors of Sandy Springs replace laminate floor planks in my home. Noel was friendly and responsive, and the installers were very professional and paid attention to details. I'm very satisfied with their work and service. Highly recommend!

What a great company to deal with. Professional service from the top down. Andy, Jason, Vitor, and Matt really care about quality and craftsmanship. They tore out 1200 sf of tile in my house and replaced it with new tile. I wanted it installed with no transition between my bamboo floors and they made it flawless. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. The pictures do not do it justice. So thankful that I found them.

Refinishers showed up on time and got right to work. Kevin was a great communicator and made sure everything was getting done on schedule and handled the hiccups along the way. Noel did excellent work and actually very very fast. We thought it was gonna take at least days and days but no he ended up doing our floor very fast and actually a very high quality job. No doubt we will use him again

Excellent experience from estimate to job completion. Tim the owner is outstanding to work with. He communicates from beginning to end. His team and he show up when he states and makes himself available for questions through text and responds quickly. He gave us broken down estimates for multiple options which allowed us to make our decision to have him do it all! We added new wood floors added to 2 rooms and upstairs hallway, plus all the wood floor and stairs in the house sanded and stained. He said he would be done in 5-6 days and they did. It was a lot of work. His crew showed up on time in the morning and were done daily at 5-6 PM and cleaned up each day. Tim stopped by each day. What we loved is the communication. We love the floors! Big thank you for a great contractor experience!

Guys did a fantastic job laying my flooring and did 1900sq ft in one day. It should be noted that flooring was ordered on a Saturday, delivered to my house 5 days later and installed 6 days later. Very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend them.

I hired Footprints Floors (Chip Dunn) because he gave me a reasonable price to have my foyer tiled. The floor was formerly laminate and showed worn spots and was warped (due to my dog before he was house trained). Chip and his helpers, Merlin and Katie, showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately pulling up the old laminate flooring. It was not an easy job as it was glued to the floor. Merlin and Katie worked beautifully together and both were very knowledgeable in what had to be done. The end result was perfect and I am so very pleased. They even did a couple other minor jobs for me before they left. I would definitely recommend calling Chip Dunn for any flooring issues you may have. You won't be disappointed.

This company was great to do business with. We had 2 floors refinished by them and they did an excellent job. One, old, wide plank floor presented some unforeseen problems and they were persistent in solving the issue. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have anything done with their floors, whatever type of flooring you have. I will use them again when necessary>

Kevin and his team did an amazing job restoring our 30 year old white oak floors. They were able to color match the resurfaced floors and seamlessly fix an area of the kitchen that had a long gap. Even our fur kids love our fresh floors!

Noel and his team were fantastic. Noel came in and gave me an estimate in approximately 10 minutes and we were about to schedule the job in 2 weeks. I contracted with Tim at Footprints to resurface our red oak wood floors. The prep and process was easy as he guided us on what to do and what to expect. We thought there would be a lot of dust and at the end there wasn’t! His crew cleaned every day and were super nice. We recently had the absolute good luck to find Tim with Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta. BEST decision ever. This team was so nice, so thorough, so expert. We felt taken care of from start to finish, we cannot praise this group enough! So professional, great communication from start to finish. If you need flooring or any other service they provide, don't hesitate. We had the flooring in our entire over 3K ft. home replaced with a new product, wide plank flooring and it looks so so good. I'm over the moon w/how my home looks and when we're ready to remodel our primary bathroom suite, I'll be thrilled to have them back. Best pricing out of all the other companies we had come and quote for the job. When I ordered the flooring from Dalton Home Gallery, they didn't deliver it straight to our home (and didn't tell me before hand we'd have to arrange our own pick up from their location) and our job was starting! Tim made some calls and got the floors delivered that day. Even this emergency delivery was handled with care, the delivery drivers were also kind and caring. Footprints was one of 4 contractors that I had to come to give me a quote for my whole house, where I was laying a vinyl floor in. And what a blessing it was from the moment Mr. Tim walked into my home. Not only was his the best price, but so was his advice. The CEO and his associate came out to give me an estimate. I agreed to the contract and placed my flooring order at Atlanta Flooring and Decor. After making sure everything would be ready within our timeframe. Chip confirmed our timeframe. The day of installation Chip, Andrew and the installer arrived on time. The installer got to work immediately and had installed my LVP flooring within four hours. Everyone involved with this job were professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable about flooring. I would definitely recommend Footprints Floors.

Exceptional work ethics and craftsmanship from the first phone call to the finished product. We called Footprints Floors to inquire about tiling our patio. Stacey picked up the phone on the first ring and promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Andy came exactly within the scheduled time frame and we had our estimate on the same day. Matt, the owner and Jason, the project manager personally visited to check on the job. The communication and follow up were excellent, the job started on time and finished on time. Everything had run very smoothly. Kelvin, Victor and James did such a clean, beautiful work - careful measurements, evenness, straight lines. Our patio concrete base was uneven and unsquare and additionally, tiles had different thickness. It was a challenging job to do. Kelvin worked long hours, he did not leave for the day until completing each phase and he did everything with perfection. Thank you very much guys! We are happy with the results and highly recommend Footprints Floors.

Another great experience with Kevin and team! This time I had a problem area in my dining room with 1950s vintage hardwood floors repaired and then refinishing of that room along with the bedrooms and hallway. The end results look fantastic!

It was good choice in selecting FootPrints Flooring to replace the flooring in 5 rooms. The work surpassed my expectations and I am amazed at the fitting around the fireplace hearth. After they got the glued down flooring up they completed the installation of the bamboo h/w flooring in one day. Yes, I would recommended these guys and if I need more floors replaced I will be contacting them to do the work.

Installed and stained oak hardwood treads to replace carpet stairs, refinished hardwood in part of house to match other wood floors. Wonderful job all around. Site visit by knowledgeable person to answer questions and advise, provide accurate estimate, good communication throughout, crew worked hard and professionally, wife happy with results. New stain was mixed to match existing and looks exactly the same (difficult to accomplish). Will be using this company again for future wood or tile floor needs.
