Footprints Floors did an outstanding job installing my Smartcore luxury marble vinyltiles over my terra-cotta tiles. They used leveling compound, and the results are gorgeous with a warranty. They installed the foot molding and corrected doors to fit beautifully. Quality at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them without reservation!!

They are very easy to do business with! Provided the estimate, which was very reasonable. They made arrangements with the store to pickup the carpet and pad. They are very accommodating, they worked with me to give me 1 day between the carpet removal and installation. Quality of the workmanship was excellent.

I had a very positive experience with FootPrints Floors. We had some water damaged flooring and needed to replace the entire hardwood kitchen flooring. Greg and his crew were fantastic. They communicated VERY well and promptly. We ran into an issue and they adjusted and were very fair in their pricing. I will absolutely use them again in the future. We did encounter a small issue with/area "squeaking" a few weeks after install. But I connected with the company and they are looking into a way to fix the issue. Overall, I highly recommend FootPrints floors! Great company and customer service.

I was referred to Footprints Floors by another company and I am very happy I was. I was first introduced to the general manager Greg who came out to do the initial consultation and then was assisted for the remainder of the time by the owner Justin to schedule the work. Greg was very friendly, professional, arrived on time for the consultation and answered all my questions. Justin was very professional, friendly, quick to respond to all my multiple emails and also kept me updated every step of the way during the scheduling process, including the day of the repairs. I have zero complaints about anything and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. If I’m ever in need of additional floor work, they will be the first call I make. We had old floors with over a decade of tough use from a large family with pets. Numerous scraps and cracks had grown over the years. After their work, it looks just like new and saved us a lot of money over replacing it.

The husband and wife contractors arrived on time, moved furniture without damage, were respectful, helpful in answering questions, and very efficient in laying bathroom tile and bedroom carpet. The contracting process with Justin and Greg was seamless and professional from beginning to end. Most important was their attentiveness and fairness to any unforeseen issues that required a fee adjustment. Professionalism and care in the highest degree! My community worked with Footprints Floors of NE Atlanta for a remodel of our condominium clubhouse. The floors in the clubhouse had not been touched in probably 20 years or longer. The carpet was frayed, dried up and falling apart, the flooring underneath was in bad repair, there were bugs everywhere... suffice it to say, pulling out the old carpet on the top floor, landing and stairway was a mess. We also had old tile in the kitchen and storage room area, both in the same bad shape as the carpet. FF of NE Atl took care of replacing the carpet and flooring with ease. The hardest part for the condo board members was to choose the color and style of the flooring/carpet. We chose an industrial strength type of Berber carpet that's used in commercial buildings (for durability) and an LVT type of flooring for the kitchen/storage area that would be waterproof and durable. They took care of all aspects of the job and now that it's complete our homeowners are quite amazed at the difference (many did not want to spend money refurbishing the clubhouse but we had to do it) and now appreciate that we have a space that people can use to entertain in or that we can eventually hold our meetings in person again. I've since heard that some of our residents contacted FF of NE Atl to do their individual units and that they were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend their service. Justin and Greg did a great job for us and I'm sure I will see them around our community again helping others with their flooring issues.

Nicole and Greg with Footprints Floors were great. I reached out for a quote and received a detailed quote. Both Greg and Nicole were accessible by phone for any questions and to discuss details. We finalized the quote, scheduled installation and completed installation within the same week. Their installers (Hector, I believe) were professional, quick, knowledgeable, and super clean - they removed our old flooring and installed in the same day! Our space looks amazing and the process was easy. I recommend using Footprints Floors for any flooring projects in your house!

Very happy with the floor installation. They were super easy to work with and the quoting process was pain free. Worked with Greg and Nicole to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Footprints Flooring was a pleasure to work with. I had made several calls to a number of other hardwood flooring companies to receive bids on two different houses. The first job was for a rental home that had water damage from an unreported, refrigerator water leak. Several of the companies on wanted photos of the damage instead of coming out to quote bids. Greg, with Footprints Flooring came out and assessed the damage, gave us options, and a very reasonable price to repair/replace damaged slats. He also did a good job setting our expectations on how the replacement boards will not look exactly like the original 50+ year old original floors. The second job was to re-coat our hardwood floors in our other house with polyurethane. Footprints Flooring again gave us a fair bid. They showed up with an impressive team of guys to perform the job and they did a beautiful job. Footprints Flooring was very punctual with all appointments for the bid and to start both jobs. They have been very responsive to phone calls or text messages. I even received photos as the jobs were progressing. Greg, their GM, was present for both jobs insuring quality control. I highly recommend Footprints Flooring and we will be calling them again for any additional work that we may need.

Footprints was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Greg Bowman, General Manager, promptly came to my home to view scope of the job ( LVP in 2 bedrooms and laundry), gave a written bid quickly and scheduled my installation without much wait time. They called to remind me of the appointment, arrived on time, manager came and checked on progress of expert installers and bought needed supplies. The job was finished in one day rather than two👍🏻 Footprints called afterward to be sure I was satisfied. All in all, a quick, thorough and professional job! My flooring looks terrific. Highly recommend!

We had 3 or 4 other quotes prior to consulting Footprints Floors. After speaking with Greg we were impressed with the way he explained and answered our concerns. A few days before the installation of our laminate flooring we were contacted by Nicole letting us know what time the crew would be arriving. In that conversation she let us know that the flooring had to be inside so it to acclimate to the inside temperature. I explained that I have a bad back and I couldn’t move 65 boxes of flooring. Nicole and her husband Justin came over and moved it from the garage. They assured that this would be in guidelines for our warranty. The crew that came and installed the flooring were knowledgeable and professional. We were very pleased with our whole experience with Footprints Floors and we now have beautiful floors. We plan on getting our kitchen and bathrooms tiled and we know that Footprints Floors will be doing them for us.

They installed LVP on my entire ground floor and in my upstairs restrooms. Had to reschedule the installation two times because of various issues on their end and so it ended up starting on a Saturday. As the demo work began we found more floor preparation was needed than originally thought. They took on those additional costs to compensate for the inconvenience of rescheduling. It took a bit longer than what I would have liked, but they were very attentive as it was progressing. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and their level of communication during the installation. They were always trying to look out for my best interests.

Kevin was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist and insure we got the results we needed. As new homeowners, I didn’t know where to start. He answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. The job was done very quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with our new flooring. It lightens up the space and feels now like our own!

We recently purchased a house with horrendously ugly tile floors. (Some of the tiles were a different color than the rest!) After a getting quotes from a few different companies, I chose Footprints to install our PVC-free LVP flooring. They weren’t the lowest bid but I appreciated that the owner, Kevin, took the time to explain everything to me and patiently answered my near-endless stream of questions. He was straight-forward and honest with me about my options and how he calculated the price. We were on an extremely tight timeline and Footprints was able to flawlessly complete the installation of ~500 sq ft in one day! We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, it truly transformed the space!! I will absolutely hire them again in the future.
