Miguel did a fabulous job installing a backsplash In our bar area next to (and now a perfect match to) our kitchen! He was very meticulous as this was not a typical job. There were 3 different angles (with two 30-degree side walls) and multi-stepped cupboards, which created many challenges. Miguel handled it Ike a seasoned professional. We couldn’t be happier! Footprints came in and installed my new hardwood floors upstairs and on the stairs. We had a complex inlay done throughout each room and they turned out beautifully. Alonso is a pleasure and adjusted my quotes to my needs even after the project started (Purchase, stained and installtion of new Oak moldings). Their quotes are clear and invoices are easy to follow. He worked with me making the process as easy as possible. The crew was great to work with as well and very responsive to all my questions and even when I butted in multiple times to point out issues. And yes, I am super picky and was underfoot the whole time. They corrected all the issues I brought up. I am planning on having them come back to install my downstairs stone flooring as well in the near future. I highly recommend them for your hardwood flooring installation.

We found Footprints through a Google search for flooring contractors in the area... After moving into a new home, we'd immediately decided we wanted to change the flooring in a 3600sqft home. I got a few quotes from from 3 or 4 companies and footprints was pretty reasonable. Fortunately we hadn't moved in yet and they're crew was able to get started right away. His crew took care of the demo work on the old flooring (which was a mix of wood, laminate and tile). They made quick work of it and once complete we'd discovered the slab foundation was multiple levels. Footprints wasn't equipped to bring in new concrete, which we needed, so Alonso tried to help me source a guy but his timing didn't work out for the project. In the end, I found a guy and had the slab filled in the necessary areas with a concrete mixing truck and a good crew of guys. We also found standing water that had seeped in underneath the laminate, which halted the project while I brought in a plumber to check for leaks, a foundation expert to assess the problem and then a concrete contractor to grind down the slab seal the cracks and the seal the entire surface area. Alonso stayed in touch through the concrete pouring and foundation seeping issues through and the brought his team back immediately once everything was done. The situation was fairly fluid and he and his team were flexible and responsive when necessary. Footprints finished the hardwood project about a week and a half after the concrete was poured. The worked up until Christmas, came back and then worked through new years. There were little items here and there that needed addressing but Alonso was pretty good about coming back and getting it solved for. Floors look great and the service matched that greatness.
