Ini grew up in Gastonia and is the owner of Footprints Floors servicing the cities of Hickory, Gastonia, and surrounding areas in North Carolina, and Greenville and surrounding areas in South Carolina.
Ini and his wife, Taleka, were high school sweethearts and both attended Western Carolina University. While at WCU, Ini studied finance and accounting for undergrad and later obtained an MBA from his alma mater. After college, Ini and Taleka settled in Asheville where Ini started his career as an Accountant for a local company in the hospitality industry. Over the course of nine years, Ini honed his skills in leadership, business management, process improvement, and customer service through his various roles including sales and marketing accountant and accounting manager.
In 2018, Ini, Taleka, and their daughter made their way back home by relocating to Gastonia where Taleka embarked on her second career as a nurse and the family welcomed their newest member in 2019.
Ini has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for solving problems and believes Footprints Floors offers him the opportunity to satisfy both.
