Footprint Floors did an excellent job tiling 3 rooms for us ( 2 bathrooms and the laundry room.) The estimate they provided was the best price of all who responded and it was also the most thorough. So best of both worlds! We are very happy with their overall process and especially impressed with the hard work and special care provided by Sabino, who did virtually all the work from removing existing linoleum, to rebuilding flooring, cutting and laying tiles, and cleanup. 5 stars and highly recommend Sabino and Footprint Floors!! One other thing that impressed us: Our tile selections were all Marble Mosaics. Some who bid on the job said they would not work with our tile because it was too difficult to cut and install. Footprint Floors did not shy away and Sabino did an outstanding and professional job.

Wow Footprints did a great job on some very old and tired floors. Their estimate was lower than competitors and the results were better than I expected. Every part of the process was easy and professional. The work crew were on time and explained everything and really went above and beyond to make or floors look the best. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a great job Ini did on our floors. We have 19 year old red oak sand and seal floors that had seen better days. The transformation is hard to believe. The oil based original finish had turned the wood an orange tinge, and our dogs had gouged areas of the floor by the doors. The floors are clear and bright now and there is no evidence of dogs anywhere on the floor. Great work. Highly recommend.

We had 10 years of buildup on our manufactured hardwoods that we did not know how to remove and they were able to give us wise ways to remove the waxy buildup and avoid it happening again, we couldn't recommend Footprints more and we intend to use them when and if we refinish them.

I first want to start by saying look no further for a flooring contractor. We searched around for months to find a contractor to get our floor repaired and replaced before we found Footprints Gastonia. After multiple no shows and really ridiculous estimates, we came across Ini and his team. They were immediately responsive, Ini gave us a quote while he was here for the estimate and the price was hundreds less than other estimates. From working in construction for 18+ years I can tell you that you will not find another team in Belmont/Gastonia/Charlotte area like Footprints Gastonia. They went above and beyond all my extremely high expectations. They worked hard to get it completed in the time they had projected for the project and the results were absolutely exceptional. Amidst a pandemic, my wife and I decided to buy a house. Not a new home but a home we can "make" our own... Ever heard that before. Famous last words, right? That said, I am having a blast. This review is not about our misadventures but Footprints Floor. I knew that flooring was something that I would contract out because you leave some projects to the pros... So enter Ini and Footprints Floors - Gastonia. Ini and his crew helped us with our master bathroom remodel. They removed the old "Saved By The Bell" vinyl flooring, removed and reinstalled the toilet, installed the tile of our choice, and finished the project with .25 quarter round. The result is incredible. Two thumbs way up! If you need a floor installed and you live in or around Gastonia, NC, I HIGHLY recommend Footprints Floors.

Ini and his crew were great! Even though I hired them for tile work they were able to fix what my framers messed up when building the framing around my fireplace. Joe and Jose were able to get creative with installing the recessed trim around the double sided fireplace. Jose did top notch quality work and followed all of the house instructions as far as cleaning up the work sight after he was done, making sure the door was closed as he went in and out to cut tile, and him and his helpers kept their mask on the entire time. Jose also did a phenomenal job installing the pencil tile around the rain head and cutting 45’s in the corners so that the installation would look clean. He even hid the seams of the cuts with a white caulk so that the pieces would look continuous. Overall Ini and his team did an excellent job for an affordable and fair price. Definitely would recommend them and I’ll be using them again for my next major tile project!
