Footprints Floors did a restoration on our main floor hard wood flooring, and we are overwhelmingly happy with the results. We had water damage on a 20 foot square area in the kitchen and an old damaged carpet inlaid in the living room. Footprints Floors replaced the damaged area in the kitchen and replaced the old carpet with hard wood flooring. They sanded the whole wood floor - old and new - and applied new stain everywhere. They laced in the new product into the existing wood flooring, and you can't tell the difference anywhere. They whole flooring everywhere looks new! I'm very happy with the money I spent with Footprints Floors. I went with them on a recently purchased 'live-in-flip' project home. They came in and quoted me and the pricing was itemized so that I could pick and choose exactly what I wanted them to do - nice! This worked perfectly for me since I'm planning to flip the house, I was able to do all of the demo myself and have them strictly stick to the install only. Hunter came out and quoted me on the initial visit. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and slowed down for me to catch up and understand / ask questions. Communication with this company in my experience was great. Hunter was texting me and emailing me, and even several members of their install / clean up crew keep me in the loop as well. I did the demo, purchased the flooring materials myself (with Hunters help) and had it shipped directly to my new house for them to simply come in a install. It has completely transformed my house. We are very pleased with the tile work that was done on our fireplace. Jordan provided us with excellent information regarding the work to be accomplished and the projected completion time. This is the second time I’ve hired Footprints Floors for my home. Both experiences have been professional, seamless and produced a beautiful product. The most recent project involved installing extremely large & heavy limestone tile with a heating element. The project manager, Jesse, was easy to communicate with and very detail oriented. The installer, Rimiro, was a true artisan, incredibly knowledge on the process/products & didn’t cut a single corner. Our floors look incredible & will for years to come. Jesse and Devin did an amazing job. They obviously take doing the job right very seriously. We were thrilled with their work and the effort they put to getting everything perfect - they kept us posted on timeline and always showed up when they said they would. They got it done fast too! They obviously respected our space and took care to keep the floors, etc clean. The new bathroom looks *amazing*, better then we even thought it would! We had water damage on our hard wood floors, caused the wood to severely buckle and pull up. An area of approximately 30 ft. x 30ft. had to be replaced. Dustin at Floorprints Floors brought his crew to do the work. Alex and his colleagues did an excellent job of painstakingly removing, replacing and matching the new wood to the old. They were professional, polite and on-time every day they came. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
