Martin grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and served Active Duty in the Army where he developed his leadership and problem-solving skills. He transferred these skills to his civilian management role in the Oil and Gas Industry. Martin has over 25 years' experience as a project manager working with engineers to develop new technologies to help streamline the profitability of the industry. He developed branch offices in Arkansas, Pennsylvania and West Virginia to support customer operations.
