We had a great experience working with Adam at Footprints. He was incredibly communicative and accommodating. There were no surprises, as he kept us informed and updated along the way. He took the time to establish a rapport with us and find out our project goals, and he went out of his way to ensure we were happy. We would highly recommend!

in less than a week I had a meeting, chose the perfect carpet color and in one day had old carpet in 2 large rooms demo'ed, furniture moved (deconstructed) new carpet put down and furniture replaced. All garbage taken away. I was thrilled with the personal care and quality of everything and everyone at Footprints Floors LA!

I needed some new floors for my kitchen and Adam helped me pick out some great options and got started on work very quickly. He handled everything from picking up materials and organizing convenient times to get the job done. I got my quote on day one and was ready to begin work with no problems. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to remodel your home.

Adam and the entire Footprints Floors team did an amazing job with two tile jobs we needed completed. From the point of performing the estimate through final walkthrough, Adam managed the process and communicated details with us along the way. This included a tricky fireplace and a half bathroom. We had some missing flooring and are in the middle of a redesign. Adam swooped in and saved the day. Him and team were able to utilize complex and precise techniques to get our cheap floating floors to transition into the new tile. Now we just need to find a painter! Best customer service and attention to detail, highly recommend Adam.
