My path to this business didn’t begin with flooring. After taking a semester off from college, I started driving a FedEx truck, expecting it to be temporary. That experience grew into a long career in operations, logistics, and final-mile home delivery. I advanced into senior leadership roles across New England, serving as General Manager and Director with full regional responsibility at major companies including Article, Raymour and Flanigan, Bob’s Furniture, and Ryder Final Mile.
Working in home delivery gave me a clear view of the common frustrations homeowners face with in-home services. Communication breaks down. Expectations aren’t clearly set. Follow-through falls short.
