Footprints Floors installed new tile flooring in our basement and we couldn't be happier with the result! Our interactions with Carson (the owner) were fantastic. We had a positive experience during the initial visit to quote our project: he confirmed what time he'd be arriving ahead of time, stepped through the work that would be done detailing leveling and waterproofing efforts his team would complete, did not rush us even though we had numerous questions, and provided an accurate quote for the work before leaving the visit. The install went very smoothly as well because Carson arrived the first two days with his team members to ensure we were all on the same page regarding leveling work, tile orientation, etc. Team members were friendly, communicated any questions they had right away, arrived on time each morning, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, we felt like Carson and his team members cared for our project as if it was their own home. Carson's professionalism and pride in his team's work is evident, and his continued communication throughout the project made us feel like our project was a priority.

I've worked with a few contractors over the years who have impressed me and Carson is one of them after working together. He nailed our project with the 3 things I value the most when it comes to doing a floor project. 1. Time- he showed up on time, for the estimate and when the project kicked off. And our project was completed on time. 2. Cost- The estimate he gave was within pennies of the final bill. You can't argue with that, and they moved our refrigerator. The other businesses I spoke to said they won't move anything, they just go around it. 3. Quality of work- Our floors came out great. The floors look brand new again period! We had a great experience with Carson! He was helpful during the estimate and we are very happy with the product he recommended. They demo’d our old hardwood/carpet from the main floor and replaced with LVP. The existing subfloor was in bad shape, but their team was able to level everything out, fix soft spots, and got most of the squeaky areas. Our house has a weird layout with many areas to cut around and connect again, and they were able to make the entire floor seamless with no transitions. It was impressive! Their team was efficient, professional, and did really great work. We love the results and would absolutely recommend!

I was looking to have my floors refinished and new baseboards installed and I went with footprints flooring. I reached out to Carson (owner) to see about scheduling a visit to go over the project. He was thorough in explaining the details, recommendations, and other options regarding the floor restoration. Provided an on the spot estimate and a date set. Dan the flooring guy that restored my floor was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to address a small concern early on in the project (the baseboard width was smaller than the expansion gap on the floor). He was able to address that issue quickly. Overall, I was really happy with how well the floor turned out. Carson would reach out if things came up. I would definitively recommend these guys!
