We had a great experience with Carson! He was helpful during the estimate and we are very happy with the product he recommended. They demo’d our old hardwood/carpet from the main floor and replaced with LVP. The existing subfloor was in bad shape, but their team was able to level everything out, fix soft spots, and got most of the squeaky areas. Our house has a weird layout with many areas to cut around and connect again, and they were able to make the entire floor seamless with no transitions. It was impressive! Their team was efficient, professional, and did really great work. We love the results and would absolutely recommend!

Carson, and his team from Footprints Floors, have just completed work to sand and refinish my hardwood oak floors. The floors turned out beautifully! The stain brings out the natural grain in the wood and the sealant they used covers and protects the floor. Sanding, staining and sealant work was all done very well and very neatly. He was thorough in explaining the details, recommendations, and other options regarding the floor restoration. Provided an on the spot estimate and a date set. Dan the flooring guy that restored my floor was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to address a small concern early on in the project (the baseboard width was smaller than the expansion gap on the floor). He was able to address that issue quickly. Overall, I was really happy with how well the floor turned out. Carson would reach out if things came up. I would definitively recommend these guys!
