Highly recommend this service! I had Tony come visit me to give me the 411 on my original wood floors condition and it was so fun to learn so much about them from him. Very happy with our project from Tony and his crew. They were timely and did a beautiful job. Not the cheapest bid we received but we definitely got what we paid for and plan to work with Tony again in the future.

Footprints Floors Saved Us During Bathroom “Refresh” Project We recently found ourselves in need of some professional help when we ended up going a step-too-far and ran straight into an unexpected flooring challenge during what was supposed to be just a weekend DIY bathroom refresh project. Fortunately, Tony and his team at Footprints Floors were able to come to the rescue on short notice and able to provide us excellent flooring that greatly improved the appearance and functionality of our bathroom. The repair looks as good as the day the floor was put down about 20 years ago. Footprints - Tony, was helpful with suggestions on how to proceed after a dishwasher issue that damaged our prefinished hardwood flooring that was in place for a good long time. The work was perfect. 100% would recommend Footprints Floors to anyone. They recently replaced old carpet with LVP in a room with a fireplace, sliding doors, as well as the connecting bathroom and a small set of stairs. The owner, Tony, is great to work with - He is very responsive, and just really nice. Some of the materials we had delivered didn’t quite match the coloring we were looking for and Tony took it upon himself to find a perfect match the day of install and succeeded. He also helped to provide stellar recommendations where we were unsure or had questions. Brandon, and his team, executed the installation seamlessly, even when surprise issues in the home presented themselves. The quality of the work they performed exceeded expectations. It’s been 20 years since we had our hard wood floor installed in our kitchen. My wife asked me to get bids and have it refinish and repair a couple bad boards. Wow, it looks like new again. If you need to have flooring work done, be sure to contact Tony at Footprints Floors before you make any decisions. Tony and his crew were awesome to work with. They took the time to listen to what we really wanted (and needed) and then gave us some great advice and suggestions - all without the high pressure sales pitch. The work itself was top-notch, better than I expected. And I am happy to report that our project was 100% ON TIME AND RIGHT ON BUDGET!! If you have worked with contractors or remodelers, you almost expect to have delays and extra costs. You won't get this with Tony. He stuck by his original estimate (down to the penny) and actually finished one day ahead of what was promised! If there are any contractors reading this out there, listen up: Under promise and over deliver and you will have customers for life. Tony at Footprints abides by this philosophy. If we ever need any other flooring work done, Footprints is the first place I will call. Would highly recommend!

We had a new hardwood floor installed by Footprints to replace carpet and old hardwood. Tony was very patient and helpful in the process of selecting and ordering the new floor. He was always available guide us through the process and kept us informed of all activity. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend Tony and Footprints to anyone.

We had old carpeting that needed to be removed due to stains and being old in general. The kitchen and entry way had old oak hardwoods that needed to be refinished. Of 8 consultations and quotes, Tony' from Footprints was the only one that discussed putting in new hardwoods for the carpet and then refinishing the old existing hardwoods to make a nice congruent look. He also seemed the most knowledgeable about our floors in general. Additionally, we have a fireplace hearth that needed a special transition piece to match the look of the floor. The floors turned out great. The crews on the project were very professional and cleaned up well. From hearing nightmare stories about saw dust everywhere after such projects, we were a little worried about cleaning up afterwards. Tony's group did a great job of keeping the house clean and post installation cleaning was easy on us. Other concerns were of the VOC content and smell; however, we didn't notice much of a lingering smell and they use low VOC chemicals that dry quickly. So, low toxicity. We were out of the house for 3 days and then back home. All-in-all the floors turned out great and we didn't have any lingering problems. There were a couple of small issues we noticed and Footprints came right out out a fixed them. Would easily recommend Footprints Floors.

When we bought our house last year, we had CoreTec floors in the majority of the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. We wanted to remove the carpet in the bedrooms and blend the CoreTec floors seamlessly from the hallway to the rooms. Tony was incredibly responsive and arrived onsite to provide an estimate. He was able to source the material and get it shipped incredibly fast, and his crew had the old carpet out and the new floors and baseboards installed in just a couple of days. Tony's communication and customer service were top notch, his crew was very tidy and respectful, and the quality of the work was excellent. It was a pleasure working with Tony and his team, and we will definitely reach out again when we tackle the rest of the house!

I found Footprint floors on the internet- and glad I did. I had them remove my carpets and resurface the oak hardwood underneath. I found Tony to be very cordial and pleasant to work with. They completed the job in a timely fashion as contracted. I would recommend them any time and will use them for future floor work.
