We left the house for 8 days and let them work their magic. Rich and Jeremy and the crew did an amazing job and we could not be more pleased! They took pictures every day to show us how scratches and water marks came out. We were shown more pictures to make sure the new stains on the wood were the right tint, and then pictures to show us the finished product as the polyurethane began to dry. We could not wait to get home to see them! In addition, their dust mitigation was outstanding as clean-up was much easier than we thought. Their communication was outstanding through out the whole project, and then Jeremy came over for a final walk through after we arrived home. He told us to let us know if there was any problem going forward and presented us with a special tool to help clean the floors. They were professional in every way and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only reason we gave them a 5-star review, was 6 or 7 was not an option!
