From my first contact with this company I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They made an appointment for the following week. The old flooring was removed and the new floor installed the same day. The price was better than other bids I received. I am seriously considering refinishing my hardwood floors and will use Footprints if I do.

If you have old hardware floors in your house and need them refinished call these people. My house was built in 1953 and the floor was creaky and had old finish. The creaks are about 80 percent gone with not a ton of nails(which you can’t even tell they nailed it). They even got 95 percent of an old black spot left from before i bought the house out

We are not from the area so didn't know much about this contractor, but from the initial phone call going forward it was very positive. They were very easy to work with and appreciate the good workmanship. I would certainly recommend them and if I need them in the future I will definitely call them.

Everything about the experience with Footprints Floors was positive. From the first communication for an estimate to the completion of the installation of my ceramic tile. Shea Brandon always responded to my inquires in a timely manner and was professional and informative in his communications. The installers did a wonderful job and worked very hard to ensure the completed floor was the best quality possible. They spent a lot of extra time ensuring the tiles were level, even removing some tiles after installation and resetting because it didn't meet their expectations. They were very cautious about ensuring dust control and did a great job of cleaning up at the completion of the job. I highly recommend Footprints Floors and will not hesitate to use them again with future flooring projects.

We added pine flooring to our living room and office to match the existing flooring in other living areas in our home. Shea set the expectation early that it’s gonna be tough to match exactly but they would try their best. After many attempts to match, we settled on the stain color. Shea and Bob weren’t happy with the look after the initial sanding and staining and completely started over, without me asking. Finished product looks great! Very professional…would definitely recommend!

Footprints installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. They were quick to reply to questions. The work was done on time and it looks great. We would definitely use them again.
