Adam, the General Manager, did a great job of explaining and organizing the project of redoing our staircase. He followed through constantly making sure we had all the necessary materials to fully complete the project. He came and counted everything to be sure it was all there. JULIO, the installer did a fantastic job and the staircase couldn't look better. Everyone was very nice and eager to please. We are very well satisfied with the result. I highly recommend this company.

Adam and his team were great to work with! We were having our fireplace converted, and wanted the old black marble replaced with tile. The tile we chose was not easy to work with, but they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. Great attention to detail and great communication throughout the process. We will definitely reach out to them again for future projects.

Working with Adam at Footprints floors was a pleasure from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the process. Took our ideas and helped us find tune them to turn out a Main Bathroom project that was better than we had hoped for. John, our installer was great and his attention to detail was key! Any issues that came up (as they do in any project) were quickly addressed and several options were presented to keep the project on track and up to our expectations to make the bathroom beautiful. But the best part of this whole experience was the two guys that did my entire floor, they were THE HARDEST WORKING, NONSTOP PROFESSIONAL CREW EVER. Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and on time. He made a couple additional trips out to the house during the planning phase to ensure the quality product he promised us. We ran into some minor wood rotting issues with the sub floor during the removal of the old tile and he scheduled an emergency appointment that evening to have his carpenter come out and fix it. John the tile guy is a skilled craftsman and did an amazing job installing our tile. Both individuals were very pleasant to work with. I’d hire them both again without hesitation.

My wife and I needed someone to replace about a dozen tiles fairly quickly and Adam was able to come the next day. He is personable, thorough and quickly gave us a reasonable quote. The work was done by John a couple of days later. John is also personable as well as very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. The team at footprints flooring were professional, and did an amazing job! They were patient and they worked with me to understand all of my options. It was clear they were not trying to upsell me for anything I didn’t need. They offered a consultative approach during the entire buying process. When it came time to install and throughout the process, they over communicated which left my wife and I feeling incredibly Confident about the process. When the installers arrived, they were professional, and left my home Clean and complete! I would use footprints flooring again as soon as I need flooring installed!

Terrific service. We had Adam come (not sure if there are other people to come for estimates) and he was so helpful for all of our questions and curiosities. He took time to work up multiple quotes for us, thoroughly looked at all the floors, explained everything, etc. he wasn't seeming annoyed that we kept him probably longer than he expected, nor annoyed that we had multiple quote requests. He knew saving money was important to us and walked us through all of our options of various costs. Ultimately, the responsiveness and respect for our budget made our decision very easy to choose this company. The workers were EXTREMELY fast and kind. They helped my husband fix our vent registers and such. I can't say enough positive things about working with this team! We would hire them again immediately for any other flooring concerns. Adam and his team did a fantastic job. Our home had some challenges to address due to being an older home and they were creative in fixing the issues. Our home looks like new with the luxury vinyl flooring. They did the entire main level in 3 days (removing old, prep, and installation of new). All of the crew members were kind and professional and respectful. Adam was very patient with all of my questions with the process and with floor selection. I highly recommend them.

From the initial consultation with Adam I noticed a difference in the professionalism and attention to detail that was lacking from others. The workers worked very efficiently, cleaned up after them selves, and always asked if I was satisfied with the work they accomplished each day.
