We have used Footprint Floors for two large flooring projects with different flooring materials over the past 4 years. Saul and his crew are skilled, knowledgeable, communicative, efficient, and professional. For both projects, the cost was an excellent value for the quality and quantity of work. We highly recommend Footprint Floors!

I used the “Thumbtack” app to find this business - as I was searching for someone to install tile backsplash in my kitchen. The business messaged me back on the app - which I missed - so they followed up with a phone call (which I appreciated). I spoke to someone named… Kyle… I think… to schedule my in home quote. He set me up with someone named Austin who was to come out the next day. The day of the scheduled quote - Austin text first thing saying he had a personal situation to deal with and asked if we could reschedule - which was totally fine. So, we reschedule for the following Tuesday at noon (I had to move my work schedule around to accommodate this appointment, but was okay doing so because I want to get the tile up). I text and called Austin (at the number he text me from the previous week) the morning of the rescheduled appointment to confirm - but I never heard back. Around 12:30 (because he was due at noon), I decided to call the business phone number listed in the Thumbtack app to see if anyone could get me an update on Austin’s ETA. When I called this time, I spoke to Kyle again, I believe (sorry if I’m getting the name wrong). Kyle had no record of my rescheduled appointment - and suggested I try to contact Austin myself. I let him know I already tried that - with no success. He (Kyle) said he’d try to contact him and get back to me. I never heard back after that (two days ago). All in all, I’m on the search for another business to help install - but just wanted to share my experience here so others could be informed of the lack of professionalism and follow up from this company. To the business - I appreciate that you all do free in home quotes (that’s very helpful for someone needing work done) - it just is unfortunate that you chose to ghost a potential customer. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Update (5/9 @ 11:30am): just spoke to the owner of the business who was unaware of the above mentioned situation. I appreciate the call and explanation. He offered to come out and personally do an estimate for us - so we will be proceeding with that plan. Again, thank you for the call and making it right - that means a lot. Also, Austin called to rectify the situation as well - which was unexpected but really appreciated. Overall after we get through the estimate process and come to a conclusion, I’m happy to update the overall rating. Update (5/14): Josh came out and did an estimate for us. I appreciate the quick turnaround and attention to the initial issue. All in all, the quote was higher than I anticipated (more than I paid for the tile itself) - and I’m sure this will be a similar story regardless of who gives the quote, so nothing against this business (I understand time and labor costs have to be accounted for). I have used Footprints for 3 flooring projects and 1 tile project and they are one of the best contractors I have worked with. Everyone from the estimators, project managers, and installers were excellent. Could not recommend them more!

Footprint Floors did a great job on our sanding and staining of pine floors. We had some water damage in one area, where the they had to be replaced. They took our dark finished to a lighter finish and I’m completely happy with the final product. They were very knowledgeable and could explain water versus oil base with the pros and cons of each. Saul always communicated with us on the timeline and followed through with what he said he would do. The workers were very courteous and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. I even found a nickel on the countertop after they were finished. Definitely a crew with high integrity!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Footprints for LVP upstairs and hardwood staircase. The project manager and team did a great job matching the hardwood stain to the color of the LVP we picked out. They communicated well regarding start and end times and always showed up when they said they would. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and will definitely be using them again for our downstairs in the near future.

Kyle and crew were so great to work with. We had our master bedroom red oak wood floors refinished to a more natural/white finish and they did phenomenal job. Footprint Floors done an amazing job on my hardwood floors in two bedrooms downstairs. From beginning to end, Saul provided a high level of customer service. He was prompt in replying to the initial request and was patient when an issue arose in which we had to delay the project start time two months. The installation crew was professional! They covered up the existing hardwood floors and put plastic up to protect the furniture. Once that was done the work began. All went smoothly, Saul was either on-site or checking in by text or phone call. I love my floors and will definitely use them when I refinish my “older” floors.

I had a small job, I changed out the vanity in the powder room leaving dark marks where the stain had not been updated. I spoke with several floor companies and was told it might not look good unless the entire room was redone. Footprints floors was the only company that mapped out a plan to make sure the floor would turn out great. They came yesterday, and were able to knock out the job in a timely manner and it turned out GREAT! You can’t see where the old floor was at all.

From start to finish, Josh and his team at Footprint Floors of Nashville surpassed my expectations. His team removed existing commercial carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The team as well installed a new ceramic tile backsplash in the break room. The results were fast and exceptional!

The Foot Prints company did an excellent job. They came out and gave us a price and within a few days began on our back splash and then a couple of days later started on refinishing our floor. They did an excellent job. They kept their word on price, start date of project, and finish date of project. Also, never left a mess in our home. Everything was cleaned up after and they were professionals from start to finish. It’s hard these days to find a company that sticks to their word and they did. If I could give them 100 stars I would. You won’t regret hiring them.

I had a broken shower pan in a second floor bathroom that was leaking to the living room on the first floor. I called Footprints in and they assessed the problem and gave me several options to move forward. I chose to redo the entire shower stall. Scheduling was easy and fast. The work took a week and I was in the loop on progress and next steps throughout the project. The installation and attention to detail were spectacular on the final tile install. Any issues were brought to my attention immediately and rectified in an agreed manner. I could not be happier with my new shower. It has elevated my bathroom and is really just beautiful! Book NOW with Footprints Floors! They came out, did a free estimate, provided me a list of items to purchase from Floor & Decor and had me scheduled for installation with the same week. My installer name was Marvin! He was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He worked at a fast pace and got the job done in one day. Marvin was a perfectionist! He made sure everything was accurately placed. He even cleaned up and brought his own tools to work with to get the job done. Kyle the project manager was a delight as well. He came and made sure everything was purchased and ready for install. Then he came back again to check on the progress. I would definitely do business with this company again. I had a kitchen backsplash installed.

Very happy that I went with Footrprints for my floor project. Gayle, Saul, and Miguel were all a pleasure to work with and I appreciated their expertise and professionalism! The crew was also super fast, efficient, and did high quality work! They flattened out a few dips in my subfloor, refinished existing hardwoods, installed new hardwood and finished to match seamlessly, and also installed tile in my laundry. They were quick to resolve any concerns I had throughout the project quickly and professionally. I’ll start with saying I don’t leave reviews much if ever. But if you are looking for advice on this company I say they are solid. Started with having the hardwood floors expanded into the kitchen. They matched the existing perfectly and stained the entire house so they were all one color. Turned out amazing! Then decided to have them replace all the baseboards and now the space is completely transformed. Saul was great managing the process the entire time as well as other members of his team. For such a large job it was stress free the entire time and damn do they work quick. Save yourself the overthinking and give them a call

Fantastic company. Gayle and Saul were amazing to work with. We needed three fireplaces to get tile and replace old tile. I called these guys. Got in touch with Gayle immediately. We got a quote and were put on the schedule for the following week. They showed up exactly when they said they were. It was not cheap but it was done very very well. They were very respectful and clean while working our home. We plan on using them again. Also - Gayle is hilarious.

Footprints worked as a 3rd party tile installer for the plumbing company who replaced our broken cast iron pipes under a shower. Every person on the staff we interacted with was professional, and the work was amazing. I don't know about cost, as they billed the plumbing company, but will use them in the future because of their work and professionalism!

I had a pretty unique job to do. I had a newly installed staircase that had to be stained. I had three companies give me a quote and Footprints turned out to be the only one that provided me a quote based on the actual work that they needed to do. Unfinished stairs are a complete different situation than old stairs that need to be sanded and redone. Footprints was the only company to understand that and give me a price that was fair. Rodrigo came and really listened to what I was looking for in a color, I didn’t want to match my existing red oak wood floor; I wanted to complement it. After i picked 3 different stains to try, Rodrigo came up with a color that really worked. He was quick and thorough and I really like the way it came out. When I decide to do all my wood flooring I will not hesitate to call Footprints Flooring.

I’ve used Footprints Floors several times. I was at ease from the initial estimate to meeting the foreman and crew they are transparent about costs and expectations. They arrived on time, did exactly what they promised and didn’t go over budget. They are highly skilled and their work is meticulous. They completed the job early, which I was not expecting, and was given the gift of time. Hands-down they are the best. If you don’t hire them, you’ll never know what you’re missing. From the initial meeting with Gayle to the finished job with project manager Saul, our kitchen floors and our entire house was transformed beautifully. We purchased our flooring and they had it delivered and began work the next day. The kitchen and dining room was first with tear out and all new tile. The job was done quickly and looked wonderful. A few days later, the crew, led by Miguel, began upstairs. They moved the furniture, ripped out carpet, and finished the upstairs in ONE day. The next day they did the lower level including the task of removing some seriously difficult and stubborn old wood flooring. The job was also done in one day. The third day was just clean up and the little things... Saul kept in touch the entire time. Footprints 👣 I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. No need for additional bids.

Exceptional experience! Phenomenal customer service, communication and work performed all for a fair price. Our flooring was originally installed by a company that did not properly prep the floor and it resulted in us having to have them remove the flooring entirely.
