Mitch and his team are amazing. First off, we had them come back to our home a second time because we love working with them and we will work with them again on our next project. They do phenomenal work and care about their customers. They do good work at affordable price without skipping on quality. Both my husband and I had them do our upstairs and downstairs basement over the past year and a half. Thank you for making our home beautiful!

Footprints Floors Birmingham redid the floors in our home and my wife/I couldn't be happier. They worked with us throughout the process to get the quality floors and color we were seeking and worked diligently and quickly to put them in our home. The team is professional and the workers that put in our floors did an amazing job. We are currently working with Footprints again to continue work on our staircase and downstairs flooring. Footprints Floors did a great job putting in new tile and grab bars in my mom's shower. The workmen did a beautiful job, and Mitch was very fair and great to work with.

Price was very competitive and the workmanship and professionalism was beyond my expectations.

Mitch responded to my request to have my floors refurbished. He was responsive answering all my questions and had excellent communication skills. His customer service from the first day was excellent and he treated us like we were his only customers. He always responded immediately when I either needed information or I had concerns (which there were none) the finished product was far above my expectations and I was very happy with the work ethic of his employees and the outcome. I would not hesitate to use the company again for any future projects.

Interesting business model whereby footprints connects you with vendors who do the work. Footprints does the estimate and manages the project so to speak, billing etc. Having access to multiple vendors seems to increase flexibility. Overall good experience. I would use them again. I am a real estate professional and my knowledge of the work was pivotal in getting the job done as I wanted. I was present for the entire job and did participate at a higher level than most homeowners. Just fyi…it almost certainly makes a difference being present and being specific if you have the option. As with any home improvement.

Mitch and his team at Footprints did a spectacular job on our hundred year old floors! I would give Mitch alone 5 stars for his stellar and warm personality and then five more stars to his crew that made our old and worn out floors come back to life. Not to mention, their turn around was fast and they were able to start practically right away, which was amazing for my husband and I's timeline for moving into our new home. Call Mitch!
