Arnett and his crew were fantastic! We were in a time crunch to get our floors done and Arnett came out immediately to do a consultation. The crew was extremely punctual and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured all areas that didn’t need work were properly covered. Absolutely recommend Footprint Floors!

From start to finish, Arnett & his team were excellent! Responsive, accommodating, friendly and timely — Arnett prepared me well for what to expect throughout the process and gave insightful info about how to maintain the floors afterward. I had a wonderful experience with Footprint Floors of Southeastern PA refinishing my older oak floors, and the finished product was just stunning!

Live in a home built in 1940 and they did amazing job on new treads ,risers and refinishing landing and hallway. The royal mahogany color selected with help of the installer worked wonderful with trim and beams and hardwood floors within our house . We love the finished product

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. We had Floorprint Floors resand, stain, and polyurethane our hardwood floors. They worked around our schedule to complete the job while we were away on vacation (and over a weekend!) so we could have our toddler out of the house. The did a fantastic job for a great price! The workers were all incredibly kind and professional. They took care to cover & protect our new kitchen cabinets & furniture.

I have heard about nightmares for flooring installation from other people and I feel thankful (and grateful) that I had a wonderful experience.

We needed the original oak flooring which had been installed 60 years ago refinished. The team from Footprints Floors arrived on time and completed the refinishing process in great time! They replaced some stained or damaged boards and they look perfect! They were helpful in assisting with color selection and the finished job looks fabulous! I would definitely use them again.

Arnett Hudson and Footprints Floors of Southeastern PA did an outstanding job of installing new hardwood throughout our first floor. Arnett was very accommodating and provided an affordable and reasonable quote. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled days and worked very hard. The resulting floors look great and the craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. The crew cleaned up the job area when the work completed and left the new floors clean. We're very pleased with the experience and results.

After almost 6 months of going back and forth with potential contractors from one of the big box stores, Arnett and his team saved the day and installed new flooring in my photography studio. They were extremely responsive and customer service driven. For example, Arnett was able to meet with me over a holiday weekend to take measurements and provide a quote. Additionally, during the install, the team kept in constant contact with me to let me know how the install was progressing, solutions to manage potential roadblocks, and even made multiple trips back to the appropriate stores for additional materials when needed. My project was done in less than 2 full days, despite the fact that it involved flooring in 5 different rooms. I am so happy with the results and would recommend Footprints to everyone! Update 2023 - hired them again to do additional flooring and also the stairs in my studio and extremely happy with results!

Arnett and his crew did a fabulous job! Our 35 year old red oak floors were so beat up and worn from normal wear and tear, but additionally from people tracking through from our pool. Footprints Floors of Southeastern PA did a great job installing over 1000 square feet of hardwood flooring in our home. Prior to the install they removed old hardwood flooring and carpeting. The onsite team did a great job on the removal and install. I would certainly have them come back.

I came across Arnett of Footprint Floors after moving into our house and needing someone to install laminate flooring in our downstairs area. I had contacted Home Depot and their quote was astronomical so Arnett came out and gave me a quote the next day and instead of telling me I'd have to wait 3-5 weeks as Home Depot did, he came out on a Monday, told me he could get a crew in on Friday to do the leveling and then start the install on Saturday and have it finished that day. True to his word, that is exactly what happened, I picked up the supplies and had them waiting for his crew at the house and the came out Friday and finished the project on Saturday and it looks absolutely incredible. Cannot thank Arnett for staying true to his word in a time when I was stressed and dealing with a huge move while trying to get all of our projects finished so our toddler could safely play downstairs. Would definitely recommend Footprints Floors to anyone I come across and will use them for future projects as well.

Footprints Floors, their staff was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. The crew that came in to do the installation was top notch and did a beautiful job. I had purchased the 3/4" red oak hardwood flooring two years ago and finally got around to having it installed. My floors exceeded my expectations!!! They came out beautifully!!! I can't say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish very professional and responsive. We were in a situation where we had flooring and needed it installed. The company who was supposed to do the original install gave us excuses as to why they couldn't do it so we fired them and called Footprints Flooring. Arnett came out gave us an estimate and had us scheduled for install a week later. The installers arrived ready to work and communicated with us on everything they were doing, they cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and respectful. Arnett came out to check on the finished product and make sure we were satisfied with the work completed. I highly recommend Footprints Flooring. Our new floors are beautiful!

Loved the work Footprints did on our home! They ripped out wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the first floor and put down LVP on our lower level. Very pleased with the results. Everyone was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Foot prints sanded down and stained all of our first floor hardwood . They did an amazing job and I love it! The workers were extremely kind, on-time, clean and very good at what they do. Arnett came in and went over everything, checked in on his workers and then followed up at the end! All in all a very positive experience. We had then sand and give 3 coats of water based royal mahogany to our red oak, turned out beautiful.

The quality of work was excellent at a very affordable price. I am a very handy man and have always done various jobs around the house. These guys are truly professional and do a fantastic job! I never thought my floors could look the way they do. Even my son was blown away at the transformation. He will be using them for his floors.

We had our floors refinished in our entire house which included three floors and four flights of stairs Arnett’s team came on time worked diligently until it was done to my satisfaction. Arnett was always available from quote to finish to answer any questions and guide the project all along the way. The result is beautiful. The installation of new LVP flooring was also completed in an expedite timeframe. He even took the time to inspect and recommended alternatives as needed. They lined up the floors perfectly to match the hallways and were meticulous in the quarter round. They cleaned up after themselves even cleaning the floors to inspect them. The pricing was very good compared to the others but I was already going to buy from him no matter what because of his professionalism and he was not pushy. Highly recommend.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Because of illness causing some communication issues, the color and finish of the floor were not exactly as planned, but the floor is beautiful. The contractor was easy to deal with and always pleasant and unhurried.

I had to work with Arnett remotely as I was moving to a new home 1,000 miles away, and he was great! He worked with me to figure out what we wanted for the floors and lined up the work perfectly within our schedule. He was also very helpful with guidance regarding what would look best with our specific home and how to best take care of it. We’re thrilled with the results and would definitely use them again.
