We were looking to have our wood floors refinished and found Footprints Floors online with many positive reviews so decided to connect with them to perform the job. Arnett Hudson came to our home and provided a very reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Scheduling the work was convenient and father and son, Pablo Sr. and Pablo Jr. spent 3 days meticulously sanding and refinishing the floors and did a phenomenal job. They were efficient, courteous, and our floors look brand new. We are very satisfied with the work done and want to thank Arnett, Pablo Sr. and Pablo Jr. for their attention to detail and for providing a superior level of service. We highly recommend Footprints Floors as they are very reasonable, efficient, and provided us a great experience all around.

This company was very flexible with changes due to other contractors not showing up. The process was easy and the guys who came to refinish our upstairs and install downstairs hardwood were great to work with, communicated their plan well, kept us informed on timeline and updated on progress. Live in a home built in 1940 and they did amazing job on new treads ,risers and refinishing landing and hallway. The royal mahogany color selected with help of the installer worked wonderful with trim and beams and hardwood floors within our house . We love the finished product

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. We had Floorprint Floors resand, stain, and polyurethane our hardwood floors. They worked around our schedule to complete the job while we were away on vacation (and over a weekend!) so we could have our toddler out of the house. The did a fantastic job for a great price! The workers were all incredibly kind and professional. They took care to cover & protect our new kitchen cabinets & furniture.

After almost 6 months of going back and forth with potential contractors from one of the big box stores, Arnett and his team saved the day and installed new flooring in my photography studio. They were extremely responsive and customer service driven. For example, Arnett was able to meet with me over a holiday weekend to take measurements and provide a quote. Additionally, during the install, the team kept in constant contact with me to let me know how the install was progressing, solutions to manage potential roadblocks, and even made multiple trips back to the appropriate stores for additional materials when needed. My project was done in less than 2 full days, despite the fact that it involved flooring in 5 different rooms. I am so happy with the results and would recommend Footprints to everyone! Update 2023 - hired them again to do additional flooring and also the stairs in my studio and extremely happy with results!

Footprints Floors of Southeastern PA did a great job installing over 1000 square feet of hardwood flooring in our home. Prior to the install they removed old hardwood flooring and carpeting. The onsite team did a great job on the removal and install. I would certainly have them come back.

I came across Arnett of Footprint Floors after moving into our house and needing someone to install laminate flooring in our downstairs area. I had contacted Home Depot and their quote was astronomical so Arnett came out and gave me a quote the next day and instead of telling me I'd have to wait 3-5 weeks as Home Depot did, he came out on a Monday, told me he could get a crew in on Friday to do the leveling and then start the install on Saturday and have it finished that day. True to his word, that is exactly what happened, I picked up the supplies and had them waiting for his crew at the house and the came out Friday and finished the project on Saturday and it looks absolutely incredible. Cannot thank Arnett for staying true to his word in a time when I was stressed and dealing with a huge move while trying to get all of our projects finished so our toddler could safely play downstairs. Would definitely recommend Footprints Floors to anyone I come across and will use them for future projects as well.

I can't say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish very professional and responsive. We were in a situation where we had flooring and needed it installed. The company who was supposed to do the original install gave us excuses as to why they couldn't do it so we fired them and called Footprints Flooring. Arnett came out gave us an estimate and had us scheduled for install a week later. The installers arrived ready to work and communicated with us on everything they were doing, they cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and respectful. Foot prints sanded down and stained all of our first floor hardwood . They did an amazing job and I love it! The workers were extremely kind, on-time, clean and very good at what they do. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Because of illness causing some communication issues, the color and finish of the floor were not exactly as planned, but the floor is beautiful. The contractor was easy to deal with and always pleasant and unhurried.
