Recently we had carpet installed in our master bedroom by your company. Our sales representative was Theresa who gave us wonderful service in showing us all the sample types and many shades of tan/beige we needed to see in order to match our carpet to other rooms with carpet. She was very patient with us. It was during the rainy days and she was hurrying in and out of the rain to bring in sample books from her car. The carpet was installed on the day and time we agreed upon with Footprints. Three installers came in and were very professional and had the carpet installed and stretched in an hour. We are very pleased with our new carpet. Footprints took good care of us. We recommend them to future customers.

Our experience with Footprints was above and beyond our expectations. We had a fairly large job that took a week to complete - replacing our entire upstairs LVP and ripping up some old tile floors in our kitchen. The crew was timely every day, paid attention to detail, and focused on quality work. Jordan was tremendously helpful during the planning phase. Freddy was the absolute best installer and so friendly. Scott was our project manager and stopped by each day to make sure things were going well. A rockstar team. At the final walkthrough, I noticed that that trim was installed so well, that touch ups are minimal. Our furniture and area rugs were put back perfectly! Cannot express enough our gratitude for this great team. Highly recommend!

A and J were the workmen on this job. They refinished the hardwood in two rooms, a hall and also replaced the carpeting on the stairs with hardwood. Their work was outstanding. My experience with Footprints was exceptional -- 5 star PLUS. From the estimate (done by Jordan), to the scheduling of the work, to the expert tiler (German), it ran smoothly with great communication and beautifully finished work. In addition, a manager (Randall?) came with German so both could me meet me. Randall stayed until he knew I understood the process and German had what he needed. Randall even cleaned the floor where my stove had been. Randall kept in touch with me both days of the work and came at the end to see if I approved of the work. He loaded my car for me with the extra materials we didn't need and that I could return to the store where I bought them. I needed a gap filled in from where the previous cabinets ended compared to where the new cabinets started and he did amazing, you can't even tell where he patched the floor.
