Footprints did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors! As it is in many construction projects, we had a hiccup at the beginning of our project where a board needed replaced and a subcontractor hurried through the fix, and we weren’t happy with the end result. Footprints completely made it right through wonderful customer service to fix the issue, and the end result was absolutely flawless. Jordan excelled in customer service in creating a solution that we were happy with, and Scott was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially when walking me through stain options, and was very knowledgeable on the process of how sanding and staining hardwood floors, including the right time to identify any flaws before adding finish. This is the 3rd project we’ve worked with Footprints on, and we have been happy every time!

Called Footprints Floors to get rubber flooring installed in my basement for a home gym. Grant came out and gave me a great quote. He understood what I wanted and advised me well on some of the details. There was about a two week lead time to schedule the job. Footprints and their crew did a great job on a fairly big flooring project. They replaced our main floor bedrooms, all stairs, and office with hardwoods (including doing herringbone!) and refinished the original hardwoods throughout our main floor to match the stain of the new hardwoods that went in. They worked with us on scheduling and timing as we had to plan the stairs in alignment with the baluster company, and around our family trips so that we wouldn’t be in the home while they refinished our floors. Overall, we are very pleased with the end results. There were a lot of challenges and some imperfections but our PMs and (James and Scott) and Sales rep (Grant) were very communicative and diligent in addressing every single concern we brought to them. They were also very budget friendly compared to other companies that quoted our project. I would definitely recommend.

A great experience with Jordan and Footprints. This was at least the 10th floor I've had refinished or installed. I only wish I found Footprints sooner. Super competitive prices and top notch customer service. I have no doubt I'll be using them on all future projects.

The floors were installed and they looked absolutely stunning. Footprints did all the trim work, so it was nice to have everything completed at once and also done perfectly with both the top and bottom of the trim caulked. Last minute during the cabinet install we had a hole in the floor where we thought cabinets were supposed to go. Footprints came out the next day and did a repair for us on Saturday/Sunday to meet the cabinet install on Monday. All around a great experience. Ivan was our hands on installer and his work and his team was top notch. Thanks to Jordan and Marcus for their management support to meet schedule!

When making a choice to refinish our ash floors i requested estimates from three companies. I was very impressed with Grants prompt response in coming out to the house and his professionalism throughout the quoting process. The quote was fair and concise in what we wanted including seeing multiple samples of sealers in order to have the finish we wanted. The job was completed beautifullly and in a timely fashion by Juan, Angel & Ivan. James, our Project Manager was there to do the final walk through and fix any of the areas we had concerns with. We appreciated his efforts to complete the job to our satisfaction. We had high expectations and had been in remodel mode for over 3 months which made for a customer who had a bit of exhaustion with contractors. I have used footprints floors twice after having them recommended to me by a friend. I’m so very pleased with my floors after they’re finished. Freddy was my technician this time and did an amazing job refinishing, staining and varnishing the floor. He was efficient, speedy while maintaining quality work. He cleaned up everyday and there was very little dust even though he had to do a lot of sanding. James followed up after Freddy had finished and answered all my questions. If I need any work done on my floors I will be calling this company again

I contacted Scott Campbell of Footprints Floors through Angi’s List. I was determined to obtain five bids at least before I made any decision. I wanted to have my main bath converted from a bathtub to a shower. Scott gave me a very reasonable bid and his presentation included many choices pertaining to labor and material. My choice of contractors was an easy one and I give the highest praise to Scott, his foreman Marcus and his entire crew. The workmanship was excellent and communication was outstanding. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and use them again.

I went through a bit of a journey with these guys. Overall, they are great, but they got burned a bit by one of their contractors who didn't do a great job on part of my installation. It's uncomfortable telling a vendor that the quality of the work is not right, but they agreed, re-ordered materials, put a different crew on the job, and made it all right in the end. These things happen, part of life, whats important is that it was rectified in the end. They're good people with a good business and in the end I'd recommend them and will return to them for my next job.

Awesome! That sums up my experience with Footprints Flooring. From the initial call to request a home visit and quote, to the continued communication throughout the project-they were there for support and education. Grant was extremely patient and talked through the options with us, came up with a reasonable quote-that was detailed and clearly laid out. He was always available to answer the questions, provide the stain samples and adjust the quote and work order as we added and removed things. He accommodated our schedule and there was no pressure/no rush atmosphere. Freddy was the man who did all the work-his attention to detail was exactly was we were looking for. The guys did an amazing job on my bathrooms + entryway. They didn’t cut any corners, and everything looks absolutely perfect. I also had hexagons, which is way tougher tile to work with / cut. They did awesome!!

Grant came to our house right exactly on time. He was able to quickly see the issue with our floor. Although he could have recommended a complete restoration of our floor, rather he suggested that a good cleaning would remove the film and cloudy appearance. He suggested a do it yourself procedure including suggestions about choosing the best microfiber pad and cleaning solution. It appeared we have been using too high a concentration of cleaner that caused the film buildup on the floor surface. The experience with Grant showed me that this business is professional in providing the best solution to your floor problem without regard to them capturing a quick sale for unnecessary work. My experience with Footprints was fantastic from beginning to end. I needed an estimate appointment ASAP since we had a limited window of time before we were moving into our new home and the Footprints team got someone out next day to measure my project. Our project manager Jesse was SO helpful throughout the entire process, helping me with a specific shopping list for all materials needed (advising me on what i didn’t need and was trying to be sold at retailers!), helping me with delivery and even talking with me about how to stay on track with my budget every step of the way. The finished results of my floors are perfection! LVP and engineered hardwood on two different levels and all done within a a week and a half!! Jesse made sure any imperfections were replaced and corrected before ever discussing payment, and was consistently available for communication regarding the project the entire time. I had a wood floor repair done. I found this company to be responsible, reliable and reasonably priced. Namita Khana was my first point of contact and I found her to be well informed and professional. I would recommend Footprints floors or use for future projects.

I contacted Footprints Flooring to get a bid for repairing the oak flooring in our kitchen damaged by water. Unlike other companies I contacted, Footprints Flooring responded immediately by sending one of their project managers, Jesse, to assess the damage. Their bid was provided the same day. It was detailed and, unlike the other bids obtained, very competitive. Jesse was very responsive Tony questions and we selected Footprints Flooring for the job. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work. Jesse served as the project manager and Freddie performeded the installation and finish work. We had a great experience with Foot Prints Floors when we decided to remove old carpet and install fresh hardwood. Our estimator Grant did a walkthrough with us for free and provided us with so much guidance and information as we are first time homeowners. Grant had a lot of patience with us as we asked for multiple estimates with different options. Once we decided to move forward the process went quickly. Scheduling, installation, sanding, and staining was efficient and very well done. Our installers were very polite and friendly and got the job done. We are thrilled with our new hardwood floors - it feels like a new home! I would highly recommend Foot Prints Floors!

Jesse was an excellent project manager from start to finish. When I needed extra help deciding what to put in, he sent me links, brought by samples after hours and then matched me up with a showroom for another expert opinion. He was in direct communication throughout the entire project, and helped to address a couple areas that didn’t flow with continuity the way we wanted. He was always the consummate professional & made us happy with our decision to go with Footprints for our floor replacement.

I hired Footprints Floors to do my backsplash in the kitchen. Jesse the project manager would stop by to check in the project, told me how much tile and grout we needed. I also wanted to add the backsplash in the bar area and he said it wasn’t a problem. They did excellent work, clean, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely hire them again for my next project as we want to get our floors done next. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Jesse was great at managing the project and Gabriel did an amazing job laying the tile. They were very respectful of my home and laid down flooring protectors throughout to protect my existing floors. I would definitely work with Footprints Floors again!
