We started our living room flooring project with a handyman which wasn’t working out well. I quickly looked online for a more professional flooring business and Footprints Floors was the first one that popped up. This was a Saturday so I left a message and wasn’t expecting to hear back until Monday. Hector responded that same day and came out to assess and provide an estimate. The estimate was fair and had his crew over in a few days and they got the job done in a very reasonable time. Our old wooden floor was stubborn which extended the job by a day but they got it done and our living room looks great. They disposed of the old floor and overall were very professional. I recently bought an older home that had an original wooden floor underneath carpet in 2 bedrooms and a hallway (with a layer of linoleum in the hallway). I chose to go with Footprints Floors b/c of the responsiveness of the owner Hector Perez. He came out to give me an estimate and timelines for the work. His crew leader Pablo was great! Pablo invited me to take pictures of the bedrooms as each stage of the process was completed. The sanding was virtually dust free. The polyurethane does have a strong smell and he warned me the varnish smell was even stronger, so do plan to stay with a friend for a few nights if you have sensitivities/allergies. I chose a clear varnish and the floors shine! Hector provided a Care information sheet and I look forward to enjoying these beautiful floors for many years to come! I highly recommend Footprints Floors for the personal touch and refinishers that take great pride in their work!

Hector is the proud owner of Footprints Floors South Texas servicing the Rio Grande Valley and beyond. Being born and raised in the valley allowed Hector to grow with strong family values while learning the importance of working hard. Hector attended the University of Texas Pan American where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. After a couple of years in the workforce, he went back to school to earn a Masters in Business Administration from UTRGV. Spending most of his career doing accounting for a construction company, Hector gained valuable experience on work ethic, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
During his free time, you can find Hector at the golf course or spending time with his family. He’s also an avid cook who’s always learning about new techniques and flavors to experiment with the family’s carne asada recipes.

Meet Bryan Park: Owner & Founder
Bryan grew up in south Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served this country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryan's military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty and leadership.
When Bryan and wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado they started a family, three rambunctious girls and two very big dogs. It was then, Bryan noticed that the flooring industry in Denver was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness. Changing this was not only an opportunity for Bryan, it was practically a calling.
"Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was job number one," says Bryan, about his goals for his future flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors, and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products and business practices. It worked! So much so, that Footprints Floors is one of the largest hardwood providers in Colorado and is growing rapidly.
