Floyd is the proud owner of Footprints Floors of Orlando servicing the Greater Orlando Area. Born and raised in New York City, he also spent much of his early childhood in Belize. Floyd is married to his lovely wife Renita. Together they have two children, ages nine and four. The family recently relocated from New York City to Florida for a better quality of life.

Floyd studied Physics at Binghamton University in upstate New York where he earned a Bachelor's degree. He brings with him over twenty years of operations leadership and management experience in the telecommunications industry from his time with Verizon. His roles were primarily focused on customer service, problem solving and process improvement. Floyd is excited to put his skills to work and continue to grow with Footprints Floors.

Meet Bryan Park: Owner & Founder

Bryan grew up in South Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, and served his country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryan's military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty, and leadership.

After settling in Littleton, Colorado, with his wife Kelli, Bryan started a family with three energetic daughters and two large dogs. While working on a home renovation project, he noticed Denver’s flooring industry was inefficient and often unethical. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness. Changing this was not just an opportunity for Bryan—it was a calling, and a business idea was born.

"Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was job number one," says Bryan, about his goals for his flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products, and business practices. It worked! I have dealt with a lot of contractors and footprint floors is a great example of what they should be like and how business should be ran. First the owner or rep, Floyd, came to my house personally on a couple different occasions to quote out the project and ensure we had everything we needed to be done correctly. He is very friendly, follows up, and seems very honest and had fair pricing. Second, they have the lead installer, Rogerio, and another young guy from Venezuela (forgot his name) who are fantastic at their jobs and maybe the best floorers I’ve come across. I have 3 levels in my townhouse and the areas they did were flawless. The second group that came, not so much. However as I alluded to, they were very professional and didn’t push back at all and Rogerio and Floyd came back to adjust the errors right away. Really impressed with their work and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone - which I might just have to because the flooring I bought from a company (Cali floors/don’t recommend) did not look at all like advertised, but a different matter all together .

Wow! That's a single word I used to describe the Fantastic service this company offered. I had been quoted by a bunch of different companies for a bathroom remodel. I loved the way footprints has their business. It left me the freedom to choose and pick the tile and flooring that I wanted. I also had a tub replaced. The company I was going to use to replace the tub, Harrell plumbing, left me hanging. They refuse to call me back. I told Floyd of my issue. He looked at me and said no problem. He pulled out his phone and within 10 hours had another company, Gomez Plumbing, in to replace my tub Gomez Plumbing did an amazing job as well. They were there 13 hours. But that's a review I'm going to leave for them lol. The very next day Floyd's team came in and demoed the tile. They had already scheduled a dumpster company to remove. The dumpster company, world of dumpsters, placed the dumpster perfectly exactly where they needed to. They did a great job not damaging any of my sidewalk or vegetation. Again that's another review for them lol. The tile team came in and did an amazing job. My wife is not easy to please and notices the smallest details. Footprints flooring got such a high standard that even she was pleased. Dare I say she even use the word perfect! I cannot recommend Footprints flooring enough. Use them you will not be disappointed!

After two bad experiences with shady handymen who originally started, but did not finish, a kitchen backsplash project in my home, I was beginning to lose faith as to who could professionally do the job. The backsplash was half completed and not professionally installed by either handyman who worked a day or two and never came back to finish the job. The kitchen was in disarray for three weeks. It became obvious these gentlemen were in over their heads and not able to professionally install the tile I had picked. I was at a loss on who to hire to finish the job they left undone. I contacted Footprints Floors for a proposal to complete the backsplash. Floyd, the owner of Footprints Floors, brought his tile man, Cesar, to evaluate the job. Once done Floyd provided a firm proposal for the completion of this job. We all agreed the existing tile would need to be removed and the job started again from scratch. Upon receipt of a project price and time to complete, I hired Footprints Floors to start work and they successfully installed the backsplash to my satisfaction in two days’ time! I found Floyd at Footprints Floors to be honest, ethical, dependable, and reasonably priced. Cesar who installed the tile was courteous, neat, efficient, on time and did an outstanding job installing the backsplash. Both Floyd and Cesar are fantastic people to work with and I would absolutely recommend Footprints Floors for any of your project needs.

Floyd and his team installed about 1200 SQF of luxury vinyl plank for me, over bare concrete, and also installed the baseboards. The project went smoothly and although it has only been a couple weeks since the install, I don't see any buckling, etc in the new floor. They also did a professional job on the baseboards, using scarf joints on the long runs where two boards had to be joined together, and caulking the boards.
