I have dealt with a lot of contractors and footprint floors is a great example of what they should be like and how business should be ran. First the owner or rep, Floyd, came to my house personally on a couple different occasions to quote out the project and ensure we had everything we needed to be done correctly. He is very friendly, follows up, and seems very honest and had fair pricing. Second, they have the lead installer, Rogerio, and another young guy from Venezuela (forgot his name) who are fantastic at their jobs and maybe the best floorers I’ve come across. I have 3 levels in my townhouse and the areas they did were flawless. The second group that came, not so much. However as I alluded to, they were very professional and didn’t push back at all and Rogerio and Floyd came back to adjust the errors right away. Really impressed with their work and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone - which I might just have to because the flooring I bought from a company (Cali floors/don’t recommend) did not look at all like advertised, but a different matter all together .

I highly recommend Footprints Floors . They are true professionals. Great communication from start to finish. The final product (my newly installed floors) has transformed my home.

We finally decided to upgrade carpet to wood floors. I am very happy that I contacted Footprint Floors. The experience was professional, and the end result beautiful. I’ve had to deal with a lot of contractors and work being done in my home over the last few months. I worked with Floyd and he made the process as simple as he could from picking out the samples to the timeline for installation. It’s amazing to see them come to your house and in one day transform every room. Everything was done to my satisfaction and at the end of the job I was asked if they could’ve done anything better. I really appreciate that detail and consideration to customer service. I would highly recommend foot print floors to anyone looking to improve their home.

Wow! That's a single word I used to describe the Fantastic service this company offered. I had been quoted by a bunch of different companies for a bathroom remodel. I loved the way footprints has their business. It left me the freedom to choose and pick the tile and flooring that I wanted. I also had a tub replaced. The company I was going to use to replace the tub, Harrell plumbing, left me hanging. They refuse to call me back. I told Floyd of my issue. He looked at me and said no problem. He pulled out his phone and within 10 hours had another company, Gomez Plumbing, in to replace my tub Gomez Plumbing did an amazing job as well. They were there 13 hours. But that's a review I'm going to leave for them lol. The very next day Floyd's team came in and demoed the tile. They had already scheduled a dumpster company to remove. The dumpster company, world of dumpsters, placed the dumpster perfectly exactly where they needed to. They did a great job not damaging any of my sidewalk or vegetation. Again that's another review for them lol. The tile team came in and did an amazing job. My wife is not easy to please and notices the smallest details. Footprints flooring got such a high standard that even she was pleased. Dare I say she even use the word perfect! I cannot recommend Footprints flooring enough. Use them you will not be disappointed!

I have had a lot of work done in my 45 year old home and dealt with many companies in the process. Footprints Floors is among best of them, and I am a perfectionist that sees every detail. Footprints Floors showed up on time, and answered e-mails in a timely manner. The quality of their work was excellent and they were quick to finish. They were polite, cleaned up, took the trash with them, and put everything back in place. And their price was the least expensive of the three quotes I got. One company was twice as much for less work because they wanted me to buy all new wood rather than saving and reusing what was still good. I have nothing but praises for Footprints Floors and highly recommend them without hesitation.

I worked with Footprints Floors on replacing about 800 sq ft of LVP flooring in my house, and everything about the experience was great! From my initial quote inquiry, Floyd and everyone on his team have been polite, efficient, and exceedingly helpful. The quote I got was right within my budget, and Floyd also adjusted it to account for some demo I did on-site before work started. Rogerio and his crew were so respectful of my home while installing my floors, and they even stayed a bit later than scheduled to get the job done ahead of schedule in just one day! Footprints Floors made the necessary repairs and replaced several boards in our hardwood floor. The floor was refinished 20 years ago and was in need of work. Footprints floors provided great value, great service with quality work.

Floyd and Footprints Floors were exceptional in many ways. We found them to be prompt in communication, scheduled easily, efficient and professional on the job. They truly paid attention to detail in refinishing the wood floors of the back porch which we had built in. The floors turned out beautifully, so we immediately asked Floyd for a quote for the front. We worked with Floyd and his crew to rip out the tile and carpet in our house for luxury vinyl floor! It took two days which I thought was fantastic, super professional, super fast! I love this company. They do excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone. They repaired the original hardwood floors from 1957 and refinished them. They turned out beautiful and everyone I show them to couldn't agree more.

After two bad experiences with shady handymen who originally started, but did not finish, a kitchen backsplash project in my home, I was beginning to lose faith as to who could professionally do the job. The backsplash was half completed and not professionally installed by either handyman who worked a day or two and never came back to finish the job. The kitchen was in disarray for three weeks. It became obvious these gentlemen were in over their heads and not able to professionally install the tile I had picked. I was at a loss on who to hire to finish the job they left undone. I contacted Footprints Floors for a proposal to complete the backsplash. Floyd, the owner of Footprints Floors, brought his tile man, Cesar, to evaluate the job. Once done Floyd provided a firm proposal for the completion of this job. We all agreed the existing tile would need to be removed and the job started again from scratch. Upon receipt of a project price and time to complete, I hired Footprints Floors to start work and they successfully installed the backsplash to my satisfaction in two days’ time! I found Floyd at Footprints Floors to be honest, ethical, dependable, and reasonably priced. Cesar who installed the tile was courteous, neat, efficient, on time and did an outstanding job installing the backsplash. Both Floyd and Cesar are fantastic people to work with and I would absolutely recommend Footprints Floors for any of your project needs.

Floyd and his team installed about 1200 SQF of luxury vinyl plank for me, over bare concrete, and also installed the baseboards. The project went smoothly and although it has only been a couple weeks since the install, I don't see any buckling, etc in the new floor. They also did a professional job on the baseboards, using scarf joints on the long runs where two boards had to be joined together, and caulking the boards.

Floyd and Footprints Floors were very impressive from start to finish. Everything was performed, completed in a professional manner. The installation crew was very efficient and every person in the crew did their part of the project professionally and expediently. They replaced our Great Room, Dining Room, Master Bed Room, MBR Closet carpet with Mannington Restoration Anthology Parchment Laminate in approximately 7.5 hours. This is the best flooring crew I have seen in many years. The crew leader Rogerio, has his crew fine tuned to do a job right the first time . Footprints Floors refinished my Brazilan Cherry floors. They did a fantastic job. Jonathan was amazing, a hard worker and considerate in answering my questions. I have no problem giving them the highest rating for the job they did, quick and thorough. You should use them no question.

The tile installers were more like artists! They did such a beautiful job and installing the marble tile in our new shower! We just love it! Not only were they always on time… They were also so kind ..... and we really really appreciated how they cleaned up each day when they were finished… So impressed! I highly recommend Footprints Floors. From the moment Floyd met with me to give me an estimate until my new flooring was installed I had an excellent experience. His crew were on time and did an amazing job putting in my new laminate flooring after I had an AC leak onto my engineered hardwood. It was estimated to take 4 to 5 days but they finished in 3 days!
