I contracted with Tim at Footprints to resurface our red oak wood floors. The prep and process was easy as he guided us on what to do and what to expect. We thought there would be a lot of dust and at the end there wasn’t! His crew cleaned every day and were super nice. Footprints Floors did an amazing job! They tore out carpet and tile upstairs and laid laminate, downstairs they sanded and refinished our hardwood floors. From my first call to the owner Tim to the last worker leaving my home was amazing! The prices are great, the team he sent to do our job were outstanding! They were all very polite, informative, and they cleaned up! We have 3 more rooms to do in our home, we will definitely be using them again!

We recently had the absolute good luck to find Tim with Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta. BEST decision ever. This team was so nice, so thorough, so expert. We felt taken care of from start to finish, we cannot praise this group enough! So professional, great communication from start to finish. If you need flooring or any other service they provide, don't hesitate. We had the flooring in our entire over 3K ft. home replaced with a new product, wide plank flooring and it looks so so good. I'm over the moon w/how my home looks and when we're ready to remodel our primary bathroom suite, I'll be thrilled to have them back. Best pricing out of all the other companies we had come and quote for the job. When I ordered the flooring from Dalton Home Gallery, they didn't deliver it straight to our home (and didn't tell me before hand we'd have to arrange our own pick up from their location) and our job was starting! Tim made some calls and got the floors delivered that day. Even this emergency delivery was handled with care, the delivery drivers were also kind and caring. It is clear that Tim surrounds himself w/kind professionals who do an amazing job. We tipped the heck out of all of them, because the service was SO GOOD!!! 🥰

Footprints was one of 4 contractors that I had to come to give me a quote for my whole house, where I was laying a vinyl floor in. And what a blessing it was from the moment Mr. Tim walked into my home. Not only was his the best price, but so was his advice. As far as his team goes, a 5 ⭐ wouldn't begin to get the rating these young men deserves. They were polite, respectful, accommodating, and more. And not one ugly or foul word came out of there mouth. Would ask if I wanted or needed them to do anything else, change anything, if I'm not happy or a problem should arrive after they leave, call them and they will be here. Thanks again men and Mr. Tim. It was good choice in selecting FootPrints Flooring to replace the flooring in 5 rooms. The work surpassed my expectations and I am amazed at the fitting around the fireplace hearth. After they got the glued down flooring up they completed the installation of the bamboo h/w flooring in one day. Yes, I would recommended these guys and if I need more floors replaced I will be contacting them to do the work.

Scheduling was somewhat difficult due to Coved but Tim always kept me informed & updated. I can't speak to value because it is all expensive to me but I do know that it was worth it. Thanks guys!

We used Footprints Floors to remodel the main staircase in our home and we would do it again in an instant! Tim, the owner, was very responsive, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process. The work was beautifully done and I am beyond happy with how it turned out. The work was also done for the agreed-upon price, and there were no increases at all to the estimate. The price Tim quoted was the price we paid. The work crew was very thoughtful and diligent and treated our home and everyone in it with the utmost respect. Whenever they left for the day, they cleaned after themselves so well that we could hardly tell they were there, hard at work tearing out and replacing a staircase. The whole experience was wonderful and I would call them again if I ever needed any flooring work done at my home.

Wow...just WOW. Tim and his team were extraordinary and my ugly, 1990s red oak floors are now perfect, modern, and prettier than I thought possible. They went above and beyond in every way, and I was a very "high maintenance" client. Any company can have a website that says things like "We care" and "We'll make you happy." These guys really, truly cared that I was not just happy, but completely over the moon for my floors. Trust me, they'll take care of you.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. On the first visit, Tim, the owner came out to our home, and was very nice and friendly, not overly pushy and really knowledge and personable. Within 48 hours, Tim emailed me a quote. He communicated with me from the initial visit to the day of installation perfectly. 2 guys came out to my house on the day of installation that were so efficient and FRIENDLY. Tim was there in and out all day to ensure everything was moving smoothly. My flooring is PERFECT, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Footprints Floors of North Atlanta came out to our residence to do new engineered flooring throughout 80% of our home. They were competitive and fair on their pricing. They always showed up when they said they would, and as soon as something wasn't going as expected (floor setting or finish dry time - all weather and humidity dependent) the crew leader was on the phone with me letting me know about the issue and how we should move forward. There were many factors in my decision to work with Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta but the biggest factor was that the owner, Tim was at the house to get his crew started everyday and was in constant contact with me throughout the process, and I was able to go to work and not have to manage his crews; like I have for almost every other residential contractor I have ever worked with. The finish product looks amazing and the quality of work is absolutely unparalleled. There isn't a single high/low spot or any sock unravelling joints or corners. The floor finish is consistent throughout with no blemishes. All-in-all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is willing to listen.
