I needed to save some money in order to make my LVT job happen, so I ordered my flooring online and hired Footprints Floors to do the install. It was the best decision I could have made. Tim’s pricing was fair and his people were great to work with. Tim communicated well at every stage of the project. His team arrived when scheduled. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up before they left. My new floor looks amazing. Overall it was a great experience and I saved $1500 over what the flooring store was going to charge me! I would highly recommend Footprints.

One of the best companies that I have ever the pleasure of hiring. Tim (the owner) does the estimate and was at my home on the first day of installation and upon completion. His crew of four were professional, courteous, mindfull, cleanly and finished installing 2,000 square feet of LVP in two days. This includes removing and replacing of molding, moving furniture and adding subflooring where necessary. And the pricing is by far the best by almost 50% as compared to similar companies. Skip the rest and go straight to Footprints Floors, they are absoluetly the best!

Excellent experience from estimate to job completion. Tim the owner is outstanding to work with. He communicates from beginning to end. His team and he show up when he states and makes himself available for questions through text and responds quickly. He gave us broken down estimates for multiple options which allowed us to make our decision to have him do it all! We added new wood floors added to 2 rooms and upstairs hallway, plus all the wood floor and stairs in the house sanded and stained. He said he would be done in 5-6 days and they did. It was a lot of work. His crew showed up on time in the morning and were done daily at 5-6 PM and cleaned up each day. Tim stopped by each day. What we loved is the communication. We love the floors! I contracted with Tim at Footprints to resurface our red oak wood floors. The prep and process was easy as he guided us on what to do and what to expect. We thought there would be a lot of dust and at the end there wasn’t! His crew cleaned every day and were super nice. Footprints Floors did an amazing job! They tore out carpet and tile upstairs and laid laminate, downstairs they sanded and refinished our hardwood floors. We recently had the absolute good luck to find Tim with Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta. BEST decision ever. This team was so nice, so thorough, so expert. It was good choice in selecting FootPrints Flooring to replace the flooring in 5 rooms. The work surpassed my expectations and I am amazed at the fitting around the fireplace hearth. After they got the glued down flooring up they completed the installation of the bamboo h/w flooring in one day. Yes, I would recommended these guys and if I need more floors replaced I will be contacting them to do the work.

We used Footprints Floors to remodel the main staircase in our home and we would do it again in an instant! Tim, the owner, was very responsive, courteous, and helpful throughout the whole process. The work was beautifully done and I am beyond happy with how it turned out. The work was also done for the agreed-upon price, and there were no increases at all to the estimate. The price Tim quoted was the price we paid. The work crew was very thoughtful and diligent and treated our home and everyone in it with the utmost respect. Whenever they left for the day, they cleaned after themselves so well that we could hardly tell they were there, hard at work tearing out and replacing a staircase. The whole experience was wonderful and I would call them again if I ever needed any flooring work done at my home.

Wow...just WOW. Tim and his team were extraordinary and my ugly, 1990s red oak floors are now perfect, modern, and prettier than I thought possible. They went above and beyond in every way, and I was a very "high maintenance" client. Any company can have a website that says things like "We care" and "We'll make you happy." Footprints Floors of North Atlanta came out to our residence to do new engineered flooring throughout 80% of our home. They were competitive and fair on their pricing. They always showed up when they said they would, and as soon as something wasn't going as expected (floor setting or finish dry time - all weather and humidity dependent) the crew leader was on the phone with me letting me know about the issue and how we should move forward. There were many factors in my decision to work with Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta but the biggest factor was that the owner, Tim was at the house to get his crew started everyday and was in constant contact with me throughout the process, and I was able to go to work and not have to manage his crews; like I have for almost every other residential contractor I have ever worked with. The finish product looks amazing and the quality of work is absolutely unparalleled. There isn't a single high/low spot or any sock unravelling joints or corners. The floor finish is consistent throughout with no blemishes. All-in-all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is willing to listen.
