The flooring guys were very focused and their competence was obvious. (Paco, Xavier, Julio). They did a great job of managing dust and debris, communicating and answering questions. Tim Busbee came by several times and had outstanding follow up and communication. I really valued the service Tim provided us. It was a complete package consisting of thorough conversation and pre planning, scheduling and follow up. He managed his crew and actually showed up through my projects!

Excellent experience from estimate to job completion. Tim the owner is outstanding to work with. He communicates from beginning to end. His team and he show up when he states and makes himself available for questions through text and responds quickly. He gave us broken down estimates for multiple options which allowed us to make our decision to have him do it all! We added new wood floors added to 2 rooms and upstairs hallway, plus all the wood floor and stairs in the house sanded and stained. He said he would be done in 5-6 days and they did. It was a lot of work. His crew showed up on time in the morning and were done daily at 5-6 PM and cleaned up each day. Tim stopped by each day. What we loved is the communication. We love the floors! I contracted with Tim at Footprints to resurface our red oak wood floors. The prep and process was easy as he guided us on what to do and what to expect. We thought there would be a lot of dust and at the end there wasn’t! His crew cleaned every day and were super nice. Footprints Floors did an amazing job! They tore out carpet and tile upstairs and laid laminate, downstairs they sanded and refinished our hardwood floors. From my first call to the owner Tim to the last worker leaving my home was amazing! The prices are great, the team he sent to do our job were outstanding! We recently had the absolute good luck to find Tim with Footprints Floors of Northern Atlanta. BEST decision ever. This team was so nice, so thorough, so expert. We felt taken care of from start to finish, we cannot praise this group enough! So professional, great communication from start to finish. If you need flooring or any other service they provide, don't hesitate. We had the flooring in our entire over 3K ft. home replaced with a new product, wide plank flooring and it looks so so good. I'm over the moon w/how my home looks and when we're ready to remodel our primary bathroom suite, I'll be thrilled to have them back. When I ordered the flooring from Dalton Home Gallery, they didn't deliver it straight to our home (and didn't tell me before hand we'd have to arrange our own pick up from their location) and our job was starting! Tim made some calls and got the floors delivered that day. Even this emergency delivery was handled with care, the delivery drivers were also kind and caring. It is clear that Tim surrounds himself w/kind professionals who do an amazing job. We tipped the heck out of all of them, because the service was SO GOOD!!! 🥰

Footprints was one of 4 contractors that I had to come to give me a quote for my whole house, where I was laying a vinyl floor in. And what a blessing it was from the moment Mr. Tim walked into my home. Not only was his the best price, but so was his advice. As far as his team goes, a 5 ⭐ wouldn't begin to get the rating these young men deserves. They were polite, respectful, accommodating, and more. And not one ugly or foul word came out of there mouth. It was good choice in selecting FootPrints Flooring to replace the flooring in 5 rooms. The work surpassed my expectations and I am amazed at the fitting around the fireplace hearth. After they got the glued down flooring up they completed the installation of the bamboo h/w flooring in one day. Yes, I would recommended these guys and if I need more floors replaced I will be contacting them to do the work.

I now have a beautiful tile floor in my downstairs bedroom thanks to Tim & his wonderful crew. Davon & his son did an absolutely wonderful job. Scheduling was somewhat difficult due to Coved but Tim always kept me informed & updated. I can't speak to value because it is all expensive to me but I do know that it was worth it. Thanks guys!

Tim and his team refinished my hardwoods that were in rough shape. They did an amazing job, finished on time, and keep me in the loop the whole time. The floors look better than they did when they were brand new. I would highly recommend them!
