Kate came out for a quote the day after we chatted and was able to give me an instant quote with extra incentive for a discount for a cash or check payment. Although the initial quote was comparable to other vendors, the cash/check discount sealed the deal. They were very responsive to email, great customer service, prompt and worked very quickly - finishing my project 2 days ahead of schedule. Couple dull spots in the finish, but that's to be expected - they promised to come back and fix anything later.

Got the flooring done on time. there are few flaws here and there, like any contracting job. Foorprints floor promised to come by and fix it. Definitely great value for the money.

They replaced my stairs with hardwood and a landing upstairs. They did a great job building it into the existing hardwood railing and matching the look and feel of the home.

I had purchased laminate and tile and needed existing flooring removed and the new materials installed. Footprints did the job on schedule, on budget, with minimal disruption. The crew was friendly and kept the work area neat. The finished product was exactly what we'd envisioned.

The cost was reasonable. The overall look of the floors is so wonderful. A few little smudges at the baseboard, but very pleased overall. They showed up when they said they would. They finished the work sooner than they said they would. The guys were nice to work with.

Tile install in shower was well done, installers were polite, professional, knowledgeable and completely cleaned up upon completion.
