We were refinishing existing hardwood floors and laying new hardwood in the living room. We called Jessie at Footprint Floors for an estimate. He did an outstanding job getting us a detailed estimate and answering all our questions. He scheduled our job and did a great job communicating with us on the project. The flooring install team worked hard and finished the flooring in three days. On the fourth day they did the final details. The floors look beautiful and all the rooms blended together. We had a project manager who checked in on our project every day. The project manager closed out with us and gave instructions on floor drying. During the project Jessie, Field Manager, checked in with us every day to make sure things were going well.

Jesse an Urias were wonderful, they listened to what we wanted and worked to make it happen. Our shower turned out beautifully and these guys did their best to provide a great customer experience.

Jesse, our project manager was amazing! We had new tile installed and refinished our hardwood. He also helped us find a great carpet installer. Jesse’s communication was wonderful, timely and clear. Both the tile team and hardwood refinishing team were respectful and professional. He checked on the work as it progressed in person to ensure it met the Footprint’s high quality standards. I will call this company again when and if needed, and highly recommend them to everyone.

Footprint Floors is an excellent company they were on time with removing the carpet and installing the wood and polishing the floor. They definitely checked and made sure everything was well and gave us great tips for keeping the wood clean and avoiding all the things that can make it scratchy.

Footprints installed a textured tile accent wall surrounding our living room fireplace. The estimate process was quick, clear and very straightforward. The installation was done efficiently. There was a minimum of disruption. The installation crew was quite conscientious and never left a mess. We could not be happier with the result.

Kate came out for a quote the day after we chatted and was able to give me an instant quote with extra incentive for a discount for a cash or check payment. Although the initial quote was comparable to other vendors, the cash/check discount sealed the deal. They were very responsive to email, great customer service, prompt and worked very quickly - finishing my project 2 days ahead of schedule. Couple dull spots in the finish, but that's to be expected - they promised to come back and fix anything later.

Got the flooring done on time. there are few flaws here and there, like any contracting job. Foorprints floor promised to come by and fix it. Definitely great value for the money.

They replaced my stairs with hardwood and a landing upstairs. They did a great job building it into the existing hardwood railing and matching the look and feel of the home.

I had purchased laminate and tile and needed existing flooring removed and the new materials installed. Footprints did the job on schedule, on budget, with minimal disruption. The crew was friendly and kept the work area neat. The finished product was exactly what we'd envisioned.
