Kate came out for a quote the day after we chatted and was able to give me an instant quote with extra incentive for a discount for a cash or check payment. Although the initial quote was comparable to other vendors, the cash/check discount sealed the deal. Couple dull spots in the finish, but that's to be expected - they promised to come back and fix anything later.
