This is the second project that Footprints floor has done for us. We were very happy with both jobs! Last year they put up a backsplash up for us that ended up covering all of cabinet area (quite large) from the countertops up to the ceiling. It is perfectly done! We were under a tight timeframe to resand the floors for a tenant turnover. Aaron was amazing and got our job fitted in the same week. Floors were in pretty bad shape with some serious stains from potted plants. He was able to get the stains out and completed the whole job (albeit small since it was just a kitchen and foyer) in just one day. Floors look almost new now. He was careful an$ professional throughout with great communication to keep me informed and to approve color after the first coat. Will definitely use him again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Footprints and the team that came and refinished our wood floors. After getting a quote from another company that didn’t leave me feeling very confident, I reached out to Aaron and he came over and gave us an amazing quote and a timely plan. Recent project entailed 660sf of tile and underlayment the install oak hardwood flooring. FF was very competitive on their estimate which won them the bid. It looks brand new. We chose Neutral as the stain and it is so beautiful. They were true to their word on start and end date. The quality of his work far exceeded our expectations. Shawn is a true master of his craft. Our new beautiful staircase is truly the center point of our home now. The house that I recently bought has been an exciting adventure and it seems that nothing ever goes as planned. However, working with Aaron and his team at Footprints Floors to have my floors redone and new floors installed in place of carpet was an absolute breeze. Aaron was extremely communicative the whole way through, and his team was able to work with my extremely limited deadlines. I could not be happier with how my floors turned out and will absolutely be using them for any future flooring needs!

Our new floors are beautiful!! Our hardwood floors on all of our first floor except the kitchen were in bad need of refinishing after 22 years of Westies whizzing around on them. Also my wife decide we could not live another month without removing all the carpet upstairs and installing matching hard wood through out. Aaron and his great team to the rescue. What a great job. Both floor look like they were installed in the same century. Perfect match. He scheduled it so that they installed it while we were on vacation. First rate service and work quality in every respect.

Aaron and his first-class team completely refinished the floors in a large portion of our house, and the results are fantastic! Before we contracted with Footprints, we also interviewed three other companies. All things considered, Footprints offered the best value for us -- and we got what we paid for! Although 20 years old and scarred by multiple doggy claws and furniture scuffs and gouges, our floors now look brand new. Moreover, they left the house in great shape: minimal dust and no damages. We will absolutely go back to Footprints the next time we need any flooring work done.
