We are SO pleased that we chose Footprints Floors of Fort Collins to install a tile floor in our upstairs bedroom and to tile the steps leading up to the bedroom. They were amazing! The owner, Aaron, stopped by periodically throughout each day to check on the work and the crew, (another) Aaron and Jairo did a wonderful job. We were so happy with Footprints Floors, from start to finish! They came out for an estimate within a few days of inquiring, and offered us options that worked for our needs. We wanted to retain the beautiful stain on the floors, but the floors were very scummy and dirty. Other companies tried to pressure us to refinish our floors, but Footprints told us they could clean, buff, and shine the floors without restaining. They scheduled us quickly and worked around our construction schedule. The finished product was beautiful, better than I expected! Our floors look brand new! Can’t recommend more.

Aaron and Juan did a fantastic job refinishing our beat-up old wood floors. They look brand new! They were reasonably priced, the final charge was on point with the original estimate, and they were there to start the work when they said they'd be. Hands down would recommend for stellar, honest work.

I wish I would have done this when we first moved in. The transformation is amazing. I was also surprised by how little mess there was after they were done with the floors. I appreciated the recommendation to go with custom vents as well looks so sleek. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second project that Footprints floor has done for us. We were very happy with both jobs! Last year they put up a backsplash up for us that ended up covering all of cabinet area (quite large) from the countertops up to the ceiling. It is perfectly done! This past week they laid tile in 4 rooms for us. Again, perfectly done! I highly recommend Footprint floors they do a beautiful job with extreme care and are easy to work with!

Oh my goodness!! Aaron and his team transformed our rental in two days!! They took 18 year old oak floors with heavy water damage and horrible gray boards - patched it and made it absolutely new again. We are so thankful. What a stress free working relationship. You can’t get better!!

We couldn't be more happy with how our refinished floors turned out by going with Footprints Flooring. We purchased a home that we considered replacing floors but opted for a refinish. They worked with us closely while we were living out of state. They were very meticulous to make sure they understood what we wanted. Kept us informed every step of the way, and tested some areas to make sure we liked how it would turn out. They even sent pictures with different angles and lighting. We were under a tight timeframe to resand the floors for a tenant turnover. Aaron was amazing and got our job fitted in the same week. Floors were in pretty bad shape with some serious stains from potted plants. He was able to get the stains out and completed the whole job (albeit small since it was just a kitchen and foyer) in just one day. Floors look almost new now. He was careful an$ professional throughout with great communication to keep me informed and to approve color after the first coat. Will definitely use him again.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Footprints and the team that came and refinished our wood floors. After getting a quote from another company that didn’t leave me feeling very confident, I reached out to Aaron and he came over and gave us an amazing quote and a timely plan. There were no unexpected costs and when there would be added expenses they would clearly communicate them. I was very picky with the floor stain options and they even mixed two colors to get the look I was trying to achieve. Footprints truly went above and beyond and was an excellent company to work with! We are SO in love with our home now. (Dark was from before)

My wife and I had our red oak floors refinished in March 2022 by another contractor. Within a few months we realized the work was inferior("whitelining" of plank seams) and needed to be redone. We contacted Arron with Footprints Floors in October. Our floors were sanded and refinished in a very short timeframe by "Dave", and look beautiful. Aaron and his team did an amazing job installing new wood flooring as well as refinishing the original wood floors in our 117 year old home. They were flexible when we had to push the start date back a week when another contractor was running behind on a project, kept us in the loop with texts and photos throughout the process, and even got done a day sooner than we expected! The quote for the project was reasonable and their quality was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Recent project entailed 660sf of tile and underlayment the install oak hardwood flooring. FF was very competitive on their estimate which won them the bid. Aaron did a great job explaining the entire process and the job began immediately. He stayed on top of the project start to finish and kept us informed f by changes. The tile tear out was a hard job but the workers did it in a couple days. Ivan, the floor installer, did a great job and was very professional. I would definitely recommend FF for any flooring project.

We had Footprints do the tile backsplash in our kitchen. From beginning to end the team was upfront, honest, on time, and polite. The work they did was amazing, and no touch ups were even needed. Footprint Floors did an excellent job! We are so pleased with our refinished Red Oak hardwood floors. We had worn through the finish and there were big brown patches; they all came out. It looks brand new. We chose Neutral as the stain and it is so beautiful. They were true to their word on start and end date. There was hardly any dust and they wiped down the counters when they were done. Aaron and Orlanzo were so friendly and good to work with! Orlanzo was such a hard worker and only took a short break for lunch. He laced in two places and it looked nice. We would highly recommend them.

I recently had Footprints Floors install LVP throughout my entire home and I love it! Sal was my installer and he is the best! Our new floors are beautiful!! Our hardwood floors on all of our first floor except the kitchen were in bad need of refinishing after 22 years of Westies whizzing around on them. Also my wife decide we could not live another month without removing all the carpet upstairs and installing matching hard wood through out. Aaron and his great team to the rescue. What a great job. Both floor look like they were installed in the same century. Perfect match. He scheduled it so that they installed it while we were on vacation. First rate service and work quality in every respect.

Aaron and his first-class team completely refinished the floors in a large portion of our house, and the results are fantastic! Before we contracted with Footprints, we also interviewed three other companies. All things considered, Footprints offered the best value for us -- and we got what we paid for! Although 20 years old and scarred by multiple doggy claws and furniture scuffs and gouges, our floors now look brand new. Moreover, they left the house in great shape: minimal dust and no damages. We will absolutely go back to Footprints the next time we need any flooring work done.
