Doug is an experienced business owner, operating at both executive level leadership, and as an owner of a 13-unit Franchise Operation. With over 25 years of Franchise experience in the service industry, ranging from the Automotive industry to the Senior Care Industry, Doug knows what it takes to successfully manage a business, and provide excellent service. Though relatively new to the home renovation, Doug is no stranger to providing excellent customer service, managing crews, and completing projects. From the very first estimate, to the final punch list walkthrough, Doug is committed to ensuring the best possible quality, product, and experience, for anyone who choses Footprints Floors. He believes in helping his community by valuing honesty, integrity, and by raising the standards within the flooring industry. When not working, Doug likes to relax by spending time with his family!
